Breathe some space into your body,
Inhaling,
Taking a nice,
Long,
Deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Let this beautiful,
Relaxing energy infuse into every single cell in your body,
And just silently affirm to yourself,
I am choosing to heal.
I am choosing healing.
I am choosing to start my healing journey.
Getting to this point of choosing to heal takes time,
When we're no longer able to keep doing what we've been doing,
When the pain,
When the frustration,
When the emotions have become too much and we no longer wish to continue these old patterns,
We can make a new choice,
And we can start to say to ourselves,
I am ready.
I am ready to do something different.
I am ready to create a change in my life,
And I am ready for this now.
I am ready to do this right now.
And you can choose to let go of the things that no longer work for you,
No longer serve you,
Maybe old addictions,
Old fears,
Old ways of thinking,
Negativity,
Or toxic emotions like frustration,
Bitterness,
Burdens,
Or anger,
You can choose to let this go.
Take a nice long deep breath,
And breathe all of these things,
Connect to them,
And as you exhale,
Release the ones that are keeping you stuck,
Release the ones that you want to let go of,
Release the ones that are holding you back from living the life of your dreams,
From creating the body that you want to have,
And the body that you want to experience this incredible life journey through,
Just knowing that you are a spiritual being having this experience here on this earth plane,
In this moment,
Ask source energy,
Whatever that is to you,
Whether it's the universe,
Whether it is god,
Or whether it is mother nature,
However you like to think of this higher power,
In this moment,
Surrendering all difficulties over,
And letting yourself be fully supported right here,
Right now,
Being fully held here,
Just knowing that this is your time,
This is your birthright to experience all the things that you dream of,
All the things that you wish for,
This,
Right now,
Is your time.
So inhaling,
Breathing in healing energy,
Breathe in this healing energy to every cell in your body,
And as you exhale,
Let any tension dissolve away,
Just let it melt,
Melt away,
With each breath that you take,
Feel tension,
Tightness,
Stress,
Fear,
Just feel it all releasing from your mind,
Feel it releasing from your body,
Feeling your mind and your body working together,
In harmony,
In unity,
Inhaling,
Taking a nice long deep breath in,
And exhaling,
Releasing,
And letting go,
Inhaling,
Saying yes to yourself,
Yes to your dreams,
Yes to healing,
And as you exhale,
Exhale,
Release,
And give yourself permission to change,
Give yourself permission to do things differently,
Give yourself permission to get support,
And as you inhale,
Connecting to this energy of support,
Just knowing that you don't have to do this alone,
Feel the ground underneath you holding and supporting you,
Feel your breath right there,
Allowing yourself to be guided on your journey,
And giving yourself permission to take small baby steps,
Small baby steps,
Just knowing you don't have to change everything overnight,
You can just focus on creating these strong foundations with your breath,
And let this foundation,
Feeling your breath as you breathe in,
And connecting to your breath as you breathe out,
Let your breath be your foundation for your success,
See this as being fun,
Easy,
And enjoyable,
And just knowing that this is your journey,
This is your healing journey,
And you can choose to heal,
And do it on your own terms,
And as you think about healing in your way,
Healing in the way that you want to heal,
Allow a beautiful smile to start to spread over your face,
Inhaling,
Taking a nice long deep breath in,
Breathing in this peacefulness,
This joyfulness,
This feeling that is all inside of you,
Breathe it all the way into your body,
And then just let it wash over you,
Wash through your mind,
Wash through your body,
Wash through your heart,
And wash all the way through your spirit,
Noticing this natural rhythm of your breath,
As you inhale in,
And as you exhale out,
Just starting to gently reel your fingers,
And starting to wriggle your toes,
And bringing your hands together,
Allowing the left hand to just gently press against your right hand,
And just affirming to yourself,
I am choosing to heal,
I am choosing to heal my body,
I am choosing to heal my mind,
