Meditation For Vitality When Sick Or Recovering

Allow this healing meditation to help you if you are recovering from a cold or illness and need support in feeling a sense of vitality in your body again. This soothing meditation will assist you in sleeping while also activating your body's ability to heal itself.

Find yourself somewhere comfortable and relaxing to either sit down or lay down and I want you to close your eyes and just follow your breath.

No judgment of it,

Just notice if it's short and little burst or if it's long and deep.

It's just kind of at a relaxed state,

Not very deep but coming and going.

As you start to notice how the movement is occurring in your body as the air comes in and goes out,

I want you to start focusing on deepening the breath that you bring in and slowing it down as you release it out.

Now I'm going to call in that green bubble of vitality to surround you and the green is vibrant and activating it also can be growing and nurturing.

So as it surrounds you,

Having it activate each cell of your body.

Take each deep breath in this green vibrant color spreading throughout each cell creating sort of a buzzing energy.

Not one that makes you feel on edge or excited and like you've had caffeine but this buzzing energy of health of being able to sit in this present moment and allow your body to heal as each cell vibrates in a frequency like a dance.

And to take deep breaths in,

Feel the flutter like little butterflies all down your body as this bubble of vitality penetrates each part of you.

Realizing the spaces of you that feel tired,

Feel worn out,

That are still maybe swollen and struggling from being sick to be touched by this green light.

Feeling an activation of healing.

And releasing that deep breath out.

You may find that it helps if there are certain areas of your body that are harboring more of the effects or symptoms of being sick,

So maybe your throat or your sinuses.

You may find that rubbing your hands together,

Creating that warmth and activating the energy within them and then placing them on those spaces just for a few seconds and imagining that vibrant green light becoming a little bit stronger,

More intense in those areas.

Sometimes we need a little more focus in the areas that are really holding onto the last bits or remnants of our sickness,

The sort of the dense energy that sickness brings.

Continue to stay in this bubble,

Allow it to radiate within you and outside of you.

Imagine it impacting those in your home as well,

Impacting the energy of your space.

Just sort of cleansing the area,

Allowing for vitality to come back into your home.

You can continue to stay in this green bubble,

Allow that butterfly buzzing feeling to go through each cell,

Up and down your body,

Side to side.

Each part of you is so much more alive now in this moment and yet also so relaxed.

The power of and.

Now at this point you can pause this recording and stay in this space.

If you've got something you need to get to next or you're ready for bed already,

Then I'd say continue to take that deep breath in and know that this bubble of vitality is going to be surrounding you for a while and that you can close your eyes or even with your eyes open and your mind's eye picture the screen around you.

Sort of moving in and out,

In and out,

Activating the cells within you to heal as you rest it is there as you're moving it is there.

No matter what you're doing,

You are surrounded by this light.

And when it is no longer needed,

When that full vitality is reached,

Then it will slowly dissipate until you need it again.
