Katie is a Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Teacher based in Newquay, Cornwall. She is currently studying a Masters Degree in Teaching Mindfulness at Bangor University in Wales. This training specialises in learning to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Courses (MBSR) created by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

I find this is really helpful, especially after a day sitting at a desk. The slow movements let you gently stretch out at the end if the day.
