Drop down into the body,
Deepen your breath.
Notice sensations of this body that carries you day after day.
Shift if you need to.
Honor what the body needs.
Notice thoughts.
What are they?
Kind of like clouds in the sky.
They form.
They pass.
Drifting away,
Leaving us fluid and open.
Breathe long audible breaths,
Anchoring to this moment.
Allow the breath to carry you,
To hold you.
Can you feel that being held?
With each breath,
Ground into the stillness.
This is the answer to overwhelm.
It is peace.
It is yours.
If you can learn to find it,
Can you come here daily?
Practice being this stillness.
It's all here within this inner landscape.

Allow it.
Let it come to you.
