She did in fact accomplish that goal and has since gone on to become a yoga teacher with a passion for setting you free as she has done for herself (with a lot of help along the way). Graduating from Power Living’s 200 hour teacher training in 2018, Kate relies on a strong connection with the anatomy of the body to the power source of the heart.
