Namaste.
Today we are going to practice a very short but very effective present moment awareness meditation that can be repeated and practiced every morning before starting one's daily work.
So let's start.
Let's sit straight.
Whether we are on a chair or on the floor sitting cross-legged doesn't matter.
We must try keeping our spinal cord straight as we perform the following meditation.
We will close our eyes and try taking deeper breaths and staying calm at the same moment.
As we continue to take deeper breaths we'll imagine bringing all our energy,
All our power of the body,
From our hands and from our legs up towards our face.
Just like the water from all the rivers flow into the sea together,
In the same way we will pull all our energy of our body together and let it flow all into the one point at the place between the two eyes,
The point that we call the third eye or the Ajna Chakra.
We'll keep inhaling and exhaling deeper breaths,
Calming down our minds as we continue to pull our attention at the third eye.
The Ajna Chakra or the third eye is a center of authority and command and therefore we'll use it to create a beautiful life for ourselves.
Now repeat after me.
Before making any decisions,
I will take a pause.
I will think over the choices that I make in my life.
I will always weigh the results of my choices in my mind.
I will choose my thoughts and my actions according to the results that I want to see.
I will choose only such thoughts and such actions that will bring positivity,
Abundance and improvement in my life and other people's lives.
Thinking ahead,
I will always take into account the rolling effect of my actions on my life and on the lives of others.
I am the observer of my life.
I am the creator of my life.
I am an awakened being.
Now I'm going to start my work with absolute positivity and awareness in my mind.
Taking a deep breath,
Let's chant Aum for once.
