Go ahead and get comfortable for this meditation.

You can lay down or sit up,

Whatever feels comfortable and safe for you.

When you're ready and feel safe,

Go ahead and flutter your eyes closed and we'll start with a big inhale and exhale.

Go ahead and take another deep inhale and exhale,

And a last deep inhale and exhale completely.

And as you come back to your normal breath,

You sit in stillness and you turn inward.

A quote by Young Pueblo,

I am not fully healed,

I am not fully wise,

I am still on my way.

What matters is that I am moving forward.

Your healing journey is unique to you,

Where it is guiding you to.

When we start the healing journey,

We feel there needs to be an outcome,

That we will finally be healed,

And the truth is,

We will never be healed.

Healing is not linear.

In our healing journeys,

There are so many twists and turns and paths from darkness to light and spirals that lift us up or turn us upside down.

This is the reality of healing,

The reality is that this is a forever journey that we chose,

That God has led us to.

What's important is how are you holding yourself through your healing journey?

How are you listening to your body and to your heart?

Sometimes we can get lost in healing the next thing,

Instead of getting lost in the spiral of healing.

I want you to reflect on the winds of healing that have occurred in your life.

What wounds have you worked on?

What fears have you faced and what triggers have you moved through with peace?

When triggers show up in our life,

It is shining light on our shadows and our wounds that we still carry.

Let this truth land in your heart,

Giving yourself so much grace and compassion,

Placing your hand on your heart,

Take a deep breath in and release.

When we heal our layers,

Our wounds,

Our shadow,

Our fears and our pain,

We are healing the deepest part of our heart.

We are exposing our vulnerabilities to the world and by doing so we can hold the wisdom to battle our darkness.

No one in this world is fully healed.

We are all on our own unique healing journey.

The more that we heal,

The more love,

Light,

Compassion,

Happiness and joy will come into our lives.

The healing journey is all about perseverance and moving forward.

Notice the shift in your body and your heart.

Start to bring awareness to your fingers and your toes,

Wiggling them slowly.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and release.

Slowly,

Flutter your eyes open when you're ready,

From my soul to your soul.
