Welcome beautiful souls to this meditation practice.
When you're ready and if it feels safe,
Go ahead and flutter your eyes closed.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more deep breath in through your nose all the way to the crown of your head and release all the way to the bottoms of your toes.
I want you to go ahead and tune in to how you're feeling in this moment.
What does your body want to tell you?
What does your heart want to say?
Start to visualize yourself in your favorite place in nature.
As you sit in nature and just take it all in,
There's a bright light that shines down on you from the divine.
The light starts at your crown,
Swirling your crown chakra.
I am pure and connected with the divine.
As it drops down to your third eye and swirls within your third eye chakra,
I trust my intuitive powers.
It moves down your throat chakra,
Swirling in your throat chakra.
I am here to speak my truth.
As the light moves down to your heart chakra,
Swirling into your heart chakra.
I am compassionate and I am unconditional love.
The light moves down to your solar plexus,
Swirling in your solar plexus chakra.
I am powerful.
The light moves down to your sacral,
Swirling in your sacral chakra.
I embrace the creativity and pleasures in life.
The light moves down to your root chakra,
Swirling all in your root chakra,
The tip of your tailbone.
I am safe,
Grounded and secure.
And as the light moves down into earth,
Swirling all the way down to the center of the earth.
You are now grounded with mother nature.
The light slowly moves up to your root chakra,
To your sacral,
To your solar plexus,
To your heart,
To your throat chakra,
To your third eye.
The light slowly moves up to your chakra,
Expanding even wider,
Expanding your consciousness in this moment.
And as you sit in stillness,
Rest.
Listen for any messages that want to come through.
These messages are straight from the divine to your soul.
Remember that you can come back to this practice anytime you need to feel grounded.
Start to move your body,
Maybe wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
Bring awareness to the room that you're in.
Slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
