So just noticing how you're currently feeling in your body,

You're just noticing the current sensations in your body and any fixed energy around communicating to your spirit baby that may be present.
We're just going to bring up to the surface,
Going to allow it to slowly drip down the body,
Out through the soles of the feet and into Mother Earth.
Any other energy that may be restrictive,
Dense or limiting,
Preventing you from moving into the higher frequencies of the angelic realm.
Again we're just going to bring forward and transmute out of the soles of your feet into Mother Earth.
You need to be a clear vessel allowing you to attune to the frequency of your spirit baby and allowing the spirit baby to attune to the frequency of you.
And just bringing your attention to your breath,
You're not trying to change it,
You're just taking notice of how you're currently breathing.
Each exhale sinking a little bit deeper into your own body,
Into your own energy,
Your own world,
Your own experience.
Allowing the innate intelligence of your body to slow down your breath into the rhythmic inhale and exhale.
Moving deeper and deeper inwards and allowing the external world to fade away.
Anchored in by Mother Earth,
Supported,
Nourished,
Held.
With your next exhale I'm encasing your entire being,
Your essence,
Head to toe,
Front to back,
In pure divine crystalline white light.
Here to shield and protect from any external influence.
Crawling in like beings of 100% love and light.
Here to guide,
Assist and support with a safe passage directly to the angelic realm where the spirit babies reside.
Surrounding you in a semi-circle now.
Allowing your energy to resonate with theirs and their energy to resonate with yours in perfect divine harmony.
Moulding into one and with your next exhale,
Any dense frequencies to be shifted,
Transmuted as we move through higher layers,
Through different realms and dimensions,
Up,
Hearts opening and expanding.
And we start to slow down as we reach our destination.
Taking a moment for our energy to adjust,
To amalgamate.
Before you is a shining stargate and when you choose to enter,
You'll be entering into the realm of the spirit babies.
Move forward when you are ready.
Place all your attention to feeling the sensations in your heart space.
The warmth,
The glow,
The deep love and connection.
Opening that space wide and utilizing your intuition or your baby.
When you feel the presence of a spirit baby,
Ask to feel them and you will recognize the resonance of your beautiful spirit baby and take the time to share and to receive anything that you both need in this moment in time.

When you and your baby feel content and satisfied in your connection,

Very slowly open up your eyes and just look into each corner of the room that you are in.
