Experience a deep state of inner stillness through the Ujjayi breath. In this meditation, you’ll be guided to relax the body, follow slow waves of breath, and visualize white light flowing freely through every cell. As you stay mindful between each inhalation and exhalation, awareness deepens into the silent gap where true peace resides.

Transcript

We'll take a journey to our inner depths.

Relax the stomach muscles.

Let slow,

Gentle waves of breathing come into the stomach.

Breath comes in,

Breath goes out.

Visualize a white light coming into the body,

Flowing without any resistance.

Relax all your muscles.

The incoming breath brings in energy and white light.

Let the light flow freely in every muscle,

Cell,

And molecule.

Practice the ujjayi breath,

The sound of ah with a closed mouth.

Slow,

Gentle waves of ujjayi breath in the stomach region.

The chin comes down and touches the chest cavity.

Be aware of five inhalations.

Be very mindful of the inhalations.

With the chin still touching the chest,

Be very mindful of five exhalations.

Now the chin comes back up with a normal head position.

Notice the silent gap between inhalation and exhalation.

Slip into that silent gap between two breaths and stay mindful.

Now gently raise the two thumbs.

Place your thumbs on the ears and listen deeply.

Be lost in the sound of the breath.

Unplug the ears.

Let the hands come back to the knees.

Touch the thumb and the forefinger.

Head,

Neck,

And spine in vertical alignment.

Allow the sound of om to penetrate the mind.
