I'm Kali Joanne,

Meditation teacher,

Lifestyle coach and Reiki master.

Today I want to introduce you to the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra,

Often called yogic sleep,

Is a guided meditation practice that allows the body to fully relax while the mind enters a deeply healing state.

Between waking and sleeping.

You simply sit or lie down.

Get comfortable and listen.

There's nothing to achieve or figure out.

This practice works beautifully for beginners.

Because it meets you exactly where you are.

Even if your mind feels busy.

Your nervous system still receives the benefits.

Yoga ninja.

Can help reduce stress.

Improve sleep.

Support emotional healing.

And create a sense of inner calm and balance.

Many people feel clearer.

Grounded and deeply restored.

As though they've had hours of rest.

During Yoga Nidra,

We gently guide awareness through the body,

Breath and mind.

Visualization.

And intention setting.
