You can do this meditation outside in the nature or inside in your own home.

Just find a good position either seated or laying down and breathe.

Remember to breathe.

Let's start.

Find the connection between you and Mother Earth,

The ground underneath you.

Which parts of your body are touching the ground.

You can always trust the ground to support you.

Feel your breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Feel your body,

How your breath moves your chest and what the body wants to tell you at this moment.

How are you feeling?

What are you sensing?

Connect with the surroundings.

What kind of voices can you hear around you?

Can you feel the air?

Is it cold or warm on your cheeks?

And breathe.

Today we connect with the Mother Earth,

With her great wisdom and being,

Just being.

But also inside of you there's a small seed that is kind of whole world inside of you.

There is no separation between the nature and human.

We are all part of the great nature.

All belong to Mother Earth.

You can see the seed inside of you and feel its energy.

As part of Mother Earth grow your roots to the ground deep deep inside the soil deep down to the earth.

Also connect with the heavens.

Breathe in,

Breathe up and breathe out,

Breathe down.

Now visualize yourself,

The nature surrounding you.

Maybe you have a favorite tree.

Maybe there's a park or a mountain somewhere close to you.

Visualize those favorite places and connect with these places of nature.

Hear the birds,

Feel the wind,

Breathe in the fresh air.

You are part of it all.

You are also nature.

Let's go a little bit far away.

Take a larger picture.

Visualize your town.

Maybe like you were an eagle watching it from the sky.

What kind of landscape can you see?

Are there lakes or forests,

Fields,

Maybe ocean?

Can you see your whole country?

If you look with a still larger scale,

What is the shape of the country?

What are the greatest places of nature inside your country?

Can you connect with those?

When you breathe in nature's energy,

Can you feel what is Mother Earth feeling right now?

Is she happy or is she sad?

Is she grateful or disappointed?

Can you connect with her feelings?

Let's look at still a little bit in larger scale.

Can you see America,

The Amazon,

Waterfalls in the south,

Machu Picchu and Grand Canyon,

Niagara Falls in the north?

Up until Isiska,

Alaska.

All these places are connected also to your hometown,

To the place you are right now.

See Africa,

Rainforests,

Savannah and Europe with all its lakes and forests.

The Alps,

All mountains connected to each other.

Asia,

Ural,

Himalaya,

All the large forests in the north and deserts in the south.

Even Great Wall of China.

Can you see the islands like Japan,

Philippines,

Indonesia?

Can you feel the monsoon winds of Australia?

In the nature there is no separation.

Everything is connected.

If you sit on a rock in your hometown,

That rock is connected to the Alps and Himalaya.

If you see a tree,

That tree is connected to the Amazon and all the forests of the world.

If you feel Mother Earth being sad,

That sadness is connected everywhere.

And when you feel her gratefulness,

That gratefulness is connected everywhere.

Choose one place in the Earth,

Maybe one of those you heard,

And go visit there with your mind's eyes.

Maybe sit in the mountain,

Or swim in a lake,

Or listen to some spring or waterfall.

Feel the deep connection to that certain place and express your gratitude to Mother Earth,

Who's carrying us all the time,

Everywhere,

Every day,

From generation to generation.

And remember the seed,

The little Earth inside of you.

It is the whole universe itself.

You are one with Mother Earth.

Before you leave that your favourite place,

You can leave some kind of gift for Mother Earth.

Visualize the gift,

Leave it on the ground.

Thank her for everything that you have received today and every day of your life.

All the food and water she has given us.

Then let yourself return to your own hometown,

To the place where you started from.

Feel your body on the ground,

Feel the support,

Feel your legs and your arms,

Maybe move your head a little bit,

And take a deep breath in and deep breath out.

Let yourself return to your body,

Your breath,

Hear the voices around you,

And come to the present moment.
