For this visualization meditation,
Please lay down on one of your sides and take a pillow underneath your head or place your hands to support your head.
We will be laying down and then in the end of the practice also moving a little bit.
You can lay on a sofa or a bed or on your yoga mat.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the support of the surface.
Feel yourself arriving to this meditation,
This moment on your own yoga mat or bed.
Feel the spring,
The energy of spring surrounding us outdoors but also inside our houses.
You can breathe in the new beginnings of the springtime and you can feel the warmth of the sun.
Really feel how it warms your side and warms your body.
Think that you are like a snake laying on a rock in the springtime in a spiral,
Still feeling the coldness of last winter in the long,
Long body.
Release the idea of having a skeleton and visualize for yourself just a long,
Long spine and a body that is now enjoying of the warmth of the sun and the knowledge of the spring and upcoming summer.
You can also feel how the sun has warmed up the rock underneath you and slowly,
Slowly the warmth begins to reach your body.
One part after another starts to feel more lively,
Having more energy.
It's all coming from the sun.
The sun is waking up your body and all the nature surrounding you.
You can hear the birds,
You can hear the wind and you can feel how your body starts to wake up after a long,
Long winter.
Enjoy the feeling of the warmth,
Feeling of waking up to the spring.
Notice the sensations in your long body.
Does the snake inside of you want to move a little bit?
Notice your skin.
If it feels old and too small,
Now you have the opportunity to shed it away,
To release the old warm skin with a new,
Bigger and brighter one.
The new one will let you move even more.
So if you want,
Start crawling out of the old skin.

You know how to release the old warm skin.

Release from the old and enjoy the process.
