A Gentle RAIN Practice For Self-Compassion

Suitable for
Everyone

This gentle RAIN meditation invites you to pause with something that feels present for you, whether it is a repeating thought, a difficult emotion, physical discomfort, or a situation where you have been hard on yourself. You are guided to recognize and allow your experience, become curious about how it is felt in the body, and explore what you may need in the moment. With an emphasis on self-compassion, this practice offers space to meet tension or tenderness with greater care and warmth before settling into open awareness. You may practice sitting comfortably or lying down. This recording comes from a live meditation session, so natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice may be present.
