Hello and welcome to the Soul Connection podcast. I'm Judy Swadron, Your host, And today I am so excited to welcome Cheryl Stelt. And Cheryl is here with us and she's going to be telling you all about her brand new book, And how she got into the field that she's in, Helping so many people be what she is, Which is a light on this planet, A change maker, A lighthouse to bring light and to show everybody how they can do that too. And I'm going to just share a welcome. Thank you so much, Judy. I am I am just thrilled to be here. I'm so grateful to have met you and come across you in my journey and that we've connected. And I'm just really so filled with joy to be here. Thank you. Likewise, I'm just going to read a little bit about you so I can just give a broad overview and then we're going to get into a conversation. Is that okay? Okay, So Cheryl, Cheryl Stelt is a spiritual teacher and intuitive healer coach, And she is the founder of Intuitive Energy Healing and Empowerment Practitioner program. Wow. You just just just published your brand new book, Right? Us too. It just went on to Amazon and Kindle version two days ago, And it's going to be coming out in print very soon. That's beautiful. And we here we are in May 2021. And this is a brand new another brand new beginning of something even, Which seems to be different than the books before. You know, It seems like a totally different genre. But before we even get into that and your book, First of all, Tell me how did you even get into this field in the beginning to begin with? I mean, I'm curious about the throat chakra and something, You know, And other things that I've read about you in terms of your spiritual healing, And how you came into the work you do. So tell us a little bit about you. Well, It's it's an interesting story, One that maybe not everybody would believe. But what happened years ago, 26 years ago, Actually, My, I my brother had passed. And I had a friend of mine who was very interested in kinesiology. And she was learning a lot about it. And we had gone up island I was living in Victoria, We went up to deep bay to pick oysters, And the tide was in and we had to wait for the tide to go. So she was doing kinesiology on me. And she was doing some muscle testing. And I'm laying on the beach, We're waiting to get the right tide. And she was saying, Oh, This is about this person, This is about your uncle, This is about, You know, Your so and so. And then she says, And I could feel my deceased brother's presence. And I did not consider myself a spiritual person before that I, You know, Hadn't really touched into even meditation. And I could feel his presence above me. And then she said, It's your brother. And she said, He's here with us. She didn't even know I had a deceased brother. And then the long and the short of it was, We had a conversation, My brother and I through her, She channeled him. And she had never done that before. And we were so blown away. And his message at the end of that meeting was for me to learn to meditate, For me to learn to meditate. And what what we learned was that what what I learned later was that he wanted me to meditate because I was suffering from depression. And that was, And depression sort of became the diagnosis became the in thing. And people started going on antidepressants. And I had recently gone on antidepressants maybe six months before. And I didn't like them. I got headaches from them, But they helped a bit. Anyway, I started meditating. And I ended up going off the antidepressants. And that was the end of that. But I, It to me in my mind, I knew or at least I thought I had to keep meditating to keep myself well. And then I started through meditation, Doing a lot of personal work, A lot of personal growth stuff through various forms of meditation, And that led to other fields, Other spiritual fields of interest. Wow, Wow. So who knew there you were on a beach to go collect what was it muscles, Oysters, Oysters, And wow, A day that changed your life forever. And, And that it just the voice you heard, You felt your brother, You heard your brother, And the message was clearly meditate. Had you been meditating before that at all? No, I had not. I had not. And the in the defining moment was right before he left. And I and I felt, I felt his spirit above me. That's the best way to describe it. But it was like light. And I felt the most intense amount of love, More than I had ever felt in my entire life. It was so much love. And I just started bawling. I just, And my friend felt it too. And I just somehow knew that everything was going to be okay. Wow. Isn't that exquisite? I mean, We have there, I think there are more and more and more people today that have these kinds of experiences that seem to come from, From God from the ethers from spirit, To let us know that there's, There's such a thin veil. Right? And, And the more work that we do, Or, Or open ourselves to that possibility, It's quite exquisite. So when you started off saying, I don't know how many people will believe it, I think more and more people now are kind of drawn. And we, You know, Years ago channeled, What does that mean? Right? And we know that we too can just access that energy at any time. And you've learned a lot about that. I think I read also about shamanism, That you were involved and are involved in that as well. I mean, You went from your brother saying, I think you should meditate, To getting off antidepressants, And never looking back to, I just want to explore a little bit more of the stepping stones along the way of your journey. Yes. And, And that came through another person as well, A living, A living person, My sister in law would come and stay with me in the summer, She lived in Edmonton, My hometown in Alberta. And she knew the psychologist, Who was actually a shaman, And she started to learn some shamanism through him. And I became interested. And he had given her a bunch of cassette tapes, Back in, You know, Back then. And so to learn how to journey and that sort of thing. And so I, I'm, I've always been a real nature lover, Ever since I was little, My parents would take us camping, And the summers and just going camping and being outdoors was always the best thing. So I had a real connection with nature and loved being in the forest by myself and everything. Started practicing shamanism, And then I decided to go and meet this person and met with him. And then I started studying through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, And studied with other well known shamans like Claude Penselette, Who is now deceased. And so I had two practices because shamanic journeying is not the same as meditation, It's completely different. And then when I later on, Studied a different form of meditation, Heart rhythm meditation, Actually, And I enrolled into a two year university program, It was a quite an advanced meditation program. And I gave up the shamanism, I knew I needed to just focus on one thing. But the interesting thing was it kept coming back to me, You know, A power animal would show up. And what I realized over the years is that when when we practice the old traditional type of shamanism, Our spirit leaves our body. And that's not always ideal. It's not always healthy. And so since then, I developed what I term as shamanism, Heart centered shamanism, Or shamanism through the heart, Where we stay in our body, We don't have to journey, We don't have to go to these other realms, And then try and get back in our body, Because everything is already inside us. It's all within us. We don't have to go upward. We don't have to go anywhere else. That's the that's the old school way of doing it. And so now I sort of weave everything together. It's so wonderful when we come to these awarenesses of what's even a truer truth than what used to be. And I think many people in the past when you enlightenment was the, You know, The desired goal, And felt that we have to ascend and leave our bodies in order to get there. And now more and more and more is no, We've got to be very grounded in our bodies, Feet on the ground, All of us on the ground in order to receive everything that's already as you say here, But we have to be here without dissociating and going somewhere else. Looks that is that kind of what you're saying? Totally. Yeah, Wow. Wow. So take us into becoming an author the first time, What was it you were talking about your throat and the throat chakra? And how did that become something that interests you? Oh, My goodness, It happened. It was a big surprise. I had thought a number of years before that I would write a book on heart centered shamanism. And I thought that would be my book. And like many people who you know, Who are going to write a book, We don't get around to it. It's too easy to not write the book. And I thought, Okay, I will do it, I will do it. And then I did a one week meditation retreat. And my big message from the universe at the end of that retreat was it's time to write a book, Like right now. And I was just, Oh, My goodness. Oh, My goodness. And I thought I was going to write it on one topic. And it ended up not being on that one topic. And it ended up being on a throat chakra. And the way I came to that was realizing that the majority of the people I worked with all had throat chakra issues. And I had a lifetime of throat chakra issues that I have worked on healing. I mean, I've had, You know, Hypothyroid and pinched nerve in my neck, And I could go on and hearing loss and so many things related to the, To the throat chakra. And it's the hardest chakra to heal. And so that's why I did not want to write a book on the throat chakra. But yet, I was guided to, I knew this was it. And so even in writing the book, You know, I had it was like I had all the information. But just writing the book and getting out into the world is a throat chakra thing. It's an expression of oneself. And so I still, Through that process of writing and publishing, You know, I was I was fortunate enough to be picked up by a publisher. And just getting it out into the world was a whole feat in itself besides writing the book. Oh, 100%. Absolutely. But you're right. It's the writing in itself, Don't you learn more and more and more and whatever it is that you're writing, You're really, You know, I think I for me, And I've seen for my, My book writing clients, Over the years, There's so much wisdom that the pen merges from the pen or the keyboards as we're writing it, Right. So there's so much more that comes through. And for writing, I mean, As well, I can, Perhaps think that I know the answer, But I'm gonna ask, You, Why would the throat chakra be the hardest one to heal? Oh, Let me answer that. I'm sure you. Well, The thing is, The throat chakra is really an expression of all the other chakras, Especially, You know, We go up and energy comes in from the universe and comes into our beings all the time. And then it's, It's coming up and it needs to be expressed. And this is you look at the human body, This is like a bottleneck. So it comes up, And it needs to be expressed in the world. And what I've, What I've discovered also, Is that the throat chakra is about expression of purpose. It's not just speaking our truth. It's not just about being seen and heard. It's about expressing our soul's purpose. And that that area in the chakra is right at the back of the neck. It's at the very back of the chakra. And it's a very special part. And I think I mentioned I do chakra readings. And so I see these things in people. And it's just, It's just so interesting. And so I think, Just in the work I've done, You know, It's years of working with the throat chakra with myself and others, Is that we've come to this place, You see so much now in magazines online about the heart chakra, It's about the heart. Listen to your heart, Say what's in your heart. And I feel like humanity has evolved, Not 100%, We're never going to be finished. But we've, We've made a lot of progress with the heart. With that center, You look at humanity 20 years ago, We weren't saying speak from your heart, That wasn't 50 years ago. And so I see us as a whole moving forward in this, In this way. And I believe the next form of evolution is, Is the throat chakra. Because that's, That's our creativity. You know, It's our responsibility on earth, The root chakra is all about responsibility and safety and stability. And sure, A lot of the old teachings are, It's very much about the family of origin. But it's what are we responsible for? And then I discovered a number of people have like a spike at the back of the root chakra. And what that is, It's they develop this other form of energy that goes downward. And it's what they stand for. It's what they're all about people who have strong principles. People who really know who they are, Why they're here and what they're all about. They develop this, And that energy goes, You can help that energy go right up the spine to this sense of purpose in the back of the throat chakra and bring all that forward. Wow, Cheryl, That is brilliant. I've never ever, Ever heard it expressed that way. And it's, It makes so much sense. It makes so much sense. Two things that totally stand out is the first one that you said, That, That it's not just about finding your voice, Having your voice and being seen and heard because that is so important. And most of us had our voice taken away. And so it's, How do we find it again? And be acknowledged and acknowledge ourselves and get that voice into the world. But combining it with what is your purpose? You know, What is your soul's purpose? What is your journey here on this earth for? Why are you here and being able to express that through your throat chakra and having this thing at the back of your neck? Who would have known? I wouldn't have known. I don't know. Who's that? Whoa, It's itchy, Is that it? So it's, It's, It's brilliant. And I love how through the evolution, That from the heart, The throat, And then we can go here to third eye, And then eventually, Hopefully, We will be, You know, Really opening up our crown. And, But I love that I haven't heard it expressed that way before. So it makes so much sense because we all want to know, I think, This is going off topic a little bit, And maybe not, And we're going to come back. Is that one thing about COVID, I think has helped many, Many, Many of us is to ask ourselves, What is our soul purpose? We may not ask it in that those words, We might just say what really matters now. Because up until now, Everything is just same old, Same old, We're doing it whether we want to or we don't want to, It's what we do. And this is, And when everything gets shut down and taken away, And we're not talking about for a few weeks or a month or two, It's been way over a year now. It's going on to 15 months of lockdown, Or where we, We've had to become creative. We've had to reinvent ourselves, We've had to ask ourselves, So is this what I want? Or is this what I want? And listening and finding what that purpose is, And then being able to express it, And just express it just in our family to say, I know I've always done this, But this is what's calling to me. That's right. And I love it that you say in there, If I can interject, When you ask yourself the question, What matters now? What matters now, Because what matters now is maybe not what mattered as much before. Right, Right. Exactly. So take us to where you are now with this brand new book, The Client Magnet. Oh my god, So excited. So it's, Well, It's been an interesting journey, Because I was loving the work I was doing with people around the throat chakra, You know, Which is, It's all the chakras, But it's really to help people shine, To really get their throat chakra shining. And I've never had a client, I wasn't able to help. It's not about boasting, But it's just that people, It's the clients, Everybody can change. We all have the capacity to change. And what ended up happening, I started to get some coaches who became clients, And they came to me saying, I think I have throat chakra issues. Can you help me? And oh my goodness, That's what led me into writing this second book. And what I noticed with all the coaches I worked with, Was that one, They had all done quite a bit of personal work, Some of them decades of personal work, In different methods, Whatever that is, It could be talk therapy, And meditation and energy healing and what whatever, But they, They're all seekers, And they know how they want to help others. That's what's propelled them to want to help others. And they had all had a certain amount of success. And then yet, Something happened, And they couldn't keep going. And I went through that myself, You know, At one point. And so I had looked at it myself, Well, What is it, What's holding me back here? And I, My work is very much about healing and empowerment. And so I was able to do that with myself really see what my blocks were. And heal those so that I could empower myself to continue to do my work. And so helping these coaches, I was blown away with how quickly they changed. It's just like magic. Can you give us an example? Well, One of the one of the women that came to me, She had written a book. And she was a psychologist, Decades of experience, Lots of personal work. And she had a group that she had been coaching, And they did great work together. And, And then she had a couple people after that. And then it all just sort of fell apart. And she had gone six months without a new client. And she had been paying for programs, She had hired and you know, She was working with other people and she had and she was just at her wit's end. And I did a shocker reading on her. And I said, And I was really impressed with what I saw in her. And I said, I can help you, I can help you, But I didn't think it would happen so fast. And so we started working together. And I think it was like three weeks in, She got this woman contacted her out of the blue, And just said, I heard you speaking in this group. And I would, I love what you're all about. And I would like to work with you. How do I go about that? Believe it, Believe it. And I and then and then she had someone else and went on. And within our time together, Then she got her group going. And, And she was, You know, Just absolutely thrilled because the money was coming in, People were paying full price, She was working with them, Which is what fulfilled her. You know, This is it's, It's, It's not just the helping others, But it's so fulfilling, As you know, To watch others blossom and change. And, And she loved it. She was so impressed. And it was just so exciting. And, And then I started, I have I have I do have my entered my online energy healing program, Because a lot of the work I do, I do online energy healing, Which I've done for quite some time. And I've had a lot of training in different healing modalities. But anybody can do it. He's like, Really, And so I said to her, You maybe you want to do my online energy healing program, Because it's, The program is not designed so much that has to be a specific way. I don't believe so much in that. I think we all have our skills. And my job is to help bring it out in others. But we can even just as a coach sitting in a group of people are sitting one on one, We can bring in healing. And I think that's what I'm doing. So she's doing my online energy healing program. Loving it. Oh, That's wonderful. And just one more tool up her in her toolbox, Right? That she gets to, To use and see the effects of and that she can teach in her psychology practice and her programs. And so I love it. And I think it feels I'm I've witnessed it over and over again, That these days in 5d programs, That it's I call it cash karma. It's like you think something you want it. There it goes. There it is. You get it. You know, And conversely, If you think something that's whatever may not be as useful, Be careful with your thoughts, Because it's just it the energy is moving so quickly these days, That things manifest incredibly fast. Do you try that? Yes, Yes, Absolutely. I just I just want to mention another thing that I was working with, Who was a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. So she had worked with a lot of people, And she had done decades of personal work. And when she came to me, It was it was quite astounding what would happen. She had her practice, But she wanted to get her coaching her online coaching business going. And she would have all these things she'd want to do on the weekend. And as soon as she would go to do it, She would get tired and actually fall asleep. And she would sleep in the kitchen, And she could not get the work done. So it was a real block. And she had gone to another psychotherapist, She had done what she could to see what was at the root of that. And she could not, She could just not do it. And, And so we started working together and we were able to access all of that and get that energy shifting because it's all energy. Oh my God, It's all energy shifting. And, And I've stayed in touch with her a little bit in the last couple of weekends. On Fridays, She's like, I'm all caught up. It's the first time in decades. She's all caught up. And she's got her online coaching program going on. And this is no longer a block for her. Does that mean it's cleared forever? Not necessarily because whenever we take a big step forward, Whatever has held us back in the past will come up. So there can be another layer to that. But now she can recognize it. Oh, If I'm going to have a three hour nap, When I am not doing what I want to do, Then she knows now she has the skills to to take care of that. Because the work I do is I teach people how to become their own energy healer, Where we can all be our own energy healers. So in this, If her body starts to, You know, Feel really sleepy, And she's just got to take a nap, But I've got all this work to do. What, What, What in the way in which you work with energy would shift or what would she need to do? When she go with her body, Would she just say, And you didn't do it and say, Okay, Give me what I need while I'm sleeping. I'll be Edgar Cayce, And I'll just wake up and have it all. Simple, I wish it were that simple. For a different meditation methods. And so it's really looking in the chakras and finding where the energetic block is, And then we're able to move it. So we have to discover it. It's this. It's a different form of self awareness. And this woman I'm speaking of is incredibly self aware incredibly. And so it's being able to go inward and discovered and we don't, It's not always through sight, We don't always see it. So I see, I can see the chakras and I see what's in them. But we can even hear or often we feel emotions and emotional come up, You know, Something really uncomfortable. And sometimes it's often emotions that are stuck. And so there's these methods then that she was able to just go through and and pull that out. And I was able to offer some healing myself. And it was it was tough work because she had done she had done over 30 years of therapy, You know, She's not doing therapy now, But she had done so much work, Especially around, You know, Mostly around her early childhood, Very, Very difficult, Extremely difficult childhood. And so then this was, She kept saying to me, It's like, You're providing me the missing piece piece. This is what I needed the whole time. And so now she has that missing piece. It's so true, Because I, You know, I was just having this discussion with a client yesterday, Actually, About something and she said, But Junie, I've worked on this. I've done so much work on this. And it just feels like I've never done any of it ever. He's one of my therapy clients. And, And I said, There are pockets of energy that get that and memory that get locked at a certain time, Until we're completely ready. And this has been my experience that and when we are and find the means and various modalities to to release that, Then it doesn't take weeks and months and years anymore of processing. It's there. And it's come at a time when you're safe enough, And you've done enough work and you're ready, Is kind of what it feels like. And so it doesn't taste like, Ah, Okay. And it's like what you're talking about with these clients now. It's like, Identifying it, Healing it, Or letting it go and moving on. That's exactly true. That is that is just so true. I like how you describe it as pockets. Yeah, It just feels that way. I've had it myself and thinking, What's this? And I'm weeping and I'm thinking, Oh my gosh, And it feels then it's like, Okay, And I just let the feelings in and I feel them and I embrace the parts of me that are hurting because of it. And it's just another memory and I just bless it and release it. And, And I can't say, Oh, Now I'm fine. I'll just be with it. I allow it and then it does it just feels like does it dissipates in no time at all. So this book, Your book now of Client Magnet and the Coaches Guide to Attract the Ideal Clients. So what you're doing and what you've been sharing right now is that like, You know, You were sharing the first experience with a client that was feeling what's going on here she is she's already a psychologist, And she's had all these decades of work and then it just shut down and six months nothing and she's got all these expenses and people she's working with and paying and then you were doing this energy work and all of a sudden it just whatever it was blocked starts to flow. And so that's what your book is mostly about. Tell me a little bit more about your book. It is and it's also that's a lot of the healing piece. But it's the big part to me the exciting part is the empowerment and really stepping into our power, Really stepping into our power. And that's so much about the solar plexus. And that's where our light really shines. And that's the deep heart. And so it's it's clearing what's getting in the way which is really important. It's so important, But to really recognize our strengths, And why our soul is here and to have that kind of clarity, And to be on earth and so in that way, And we radiate that that's the client magnet, We become an energetic magnet. And we and we practice that and we bring that into our lives. And so I don't teach marketing. I don't, As a matter of fact, For the longest time, I'd stopped doing any social media at all, Because I just had clients falling out of the sky, Because I was just doing these prints, But it felt like it just felt like people would say, Well, Where do people how do they find you? I'm like, I just don't know, I didn't have a website for the longest time I anyway. So it's really that it's the empowerment piece, And becoming that energetic magnet, So that you become all that you truly are, All that your soul came here to be and do. And those souls out there that are born to work with you will find you that way. It'll go through whatever avenues. And then when they're sitting in front of you, And you're having a conversation, It's the connection is there. And it's really easy. And then they're the ideal person for you to be working with. It's not like going on a social media platform, Which there's nothing wrong with that. And we do need to do that we need to get that message out there. But it's bringing in that spiritual awareness and everything we do and putting that energy into it. That makes such a big difference, So that we can quickly in not a lot of time, Attract all the people we really want. That makes so much sense. And I, I imagine that this is going to be a manna from heaven, To hear those words for all the people that are hearing this, Because who are ready to attract their ideal client. And without, You know, Oh my god, Another marketing course, Another No, It is so much about energy, And stepping into that, That all of who we are. And so that that is what we emanate. And and somehow magically, It goes off into the ethers and, And that which we are seeking success, Just the coming together of the right people at the right time. And as you say, And you need each other, And it's like, For me, It's like, I'm home. You know, The person has found me, I found them. And I always believed, You know, We're all teachers and students at the same time. Anyway, We all have so much to offer one another. And so I know that it's beautiful what you're doing, Because why, Why me? I mean, Most of us grew up with, You know, I don't know if it's the Protestant work ethic or whatever. But work hard, The harder you work, The more you'll know, The more you'll gain. And then we've come to beyond that a little bit, Hopefully, Or a lot. It's not about hard work. It's smart work. And then it's beyond that it's the energy. It's just be, Be who you are. What is it you love? What's your passion? Do it, Feel it, Become it, Love it, And bring that energy into it, People are just gonna come like magnets, You know, Butterflies. Oh, Hello. Lovely to meet you. Where did you come from? Oh, That tree right over there. Yes, And I think, I think that's really the exciting part of it. And as you're saying that, I think of the work that you do, You know, People want to write a book, And then they have to face their fear, There's always going to be fear. And a lot of that to me is fear of their greatness. Sort of who am I to call myself an author? You know, I went through, I went through some of that, But really stepping into that. And so then you get them to a place where, Okay, They've completed a book, They've stepped into their greatness, And then getting that book out there into the world. And helping people in a greater way is it's the next step of stepping into our greatness. And that's, That's what I help people with is once they once they really have something so it's, It's, You know, Written for coaches, But applies to any industry, If you want really organic cotton baby sleepers, And you want to get your message out there that we need to, You know, Not have all these pesticides around our babies and around our children and everything and, And that's your message. And, You know, And then you start to go public, That's when our throat chakra issues come up. And that's where it comes up. And so. Absolutely. I think that's, You know, We both share that in terms of what we've come to know is so important. So when I help people write their books, It's about from an empowered place. It's about the energy that they're writing with is what they're going to be putting out into the world and so they want, You know, And just come from the best you know from that place of who am I to write a book, Or, Or, And all those fears that get associated with anything but you know in my case a book or to whom I not. I have this wisdom I've learned this I've experienced I you know this is about lived experience and and I know what I've learned and now I want to help others who are walking in that open so and that's what you do you help people in the east and to find their voice their purpose become empowered and if they are coaches to go out there in the world and find their tribe who will find them without doing anything other than saying, Yes, My life matters. I'm important. Right. Well, This is awesome. I just love what you do and how you do it and how you come to it. Isn't it exquisite when we connect the dots from, You know, One day, When it always was on the beach to, You know, Suddenly having this amazing connection with your brother deceased brother to where you are today, And just all of these amazing spiritual beautiful experiences that you were, They were put in front of you and then that you chose and then you developed on your own of what made sense and what was the next step and the next step. So what's your next step? My next step is, Is definitely I want to continue to help coaches and it really is it's throat chakra work, And it's, It's our soul's purpose it's our soul's purpose work that to me is my wish, You know, For everyone but it's really, I just love helping people who have so much to offer the world, And things just aren't going the way they want things to go. And that's, That's my niche, Let me help you in an energetic and spiritual way, When it's, You know, You're not getting you're not able to get your message out there the way you want. You're not attracting the right people or enough people to your business, To your business, Whatever it is, Or, Or you just something's blocking you entirely, And just keeping you stuck, Whatever that is. And so it's to continue to do that. And who knows, I don't know where the where the book will take me. But I'm also, You know, Teaching the online energy healing is just so fulfilling as well. Because it's it's really like, It's all about people find their way home. We are all lighthouses. We are all lighthouses and and we need to shine our light to help others find their way home. That's, That's the thing. It's helping people be the lighthouse that they already are. They already are. They already are. And you certainly are. And I love that we shared this just before we went along. This was something we didn't know. And that's something I've always felt as well. And, And to bring everybody safely home. And, And all of us have that light within us. And the other thing you do, And you mentioned it, But I just want to have you say something else about it, You offer chakra readings to people, Right? And as a way of just getting to know what those chakras are that are possibly blocked. Or tell us a little bit about that. Yes, It's absolutely I so I get a real sense of the energy in the chakra. So I don't just look at this is not like traditional chakra work where where you have the traditional colors. I actually find that that when people meditate on those, Just the colors in their chakras, It kind of imprints, But doesn't help the chakra, It just puts that color there. And so there are certain qualities that are in all the chakras. And I think you're very aware of that. So I look to find the strengths. Where are the person's strengths? How can we use those strengths to move this energy that's become stuck or isn't flowing the way it needs to flow. And then I can see where the energy is stuck, Where it's not flowing, Where there's some wounding, That sort of thing. And then we know where the areas are to work. But it's it's the coolest thing to see. I mean, When we see the strengths, And it's like, And it's, It's so funny, Because I never know what I'm going to get. And this is how I've learned is through the chakra readings, And working on the chakras that I've discovered these things, Especially about the root chakra, And the throat chakra. And then it's, It's so amazing to witness the changes that people go through by changing their own energy. So that's the big thing.
