The intention of this meditation is to connect you with the power of your breath,
With the resonant sound of you,
So that you can harness the wind,
So to speak.
Harness the air and the ocean of oxygen that surrounds you and become the force of nature that you already are.
As you find yourself getting settled,
Taking some extended inhales and exhales,
Let me remind you that reality is not what you perceive it to be.
Exhale deeply,
Exhale slowly.
Reality is in truth a part of space,
And space is not empty,
But seething with unimaginable amounts of energy.
That field of energy is unified and is called the electromagnetic field from which everything emerges.
The atom is the fundamental building block of the universe,
And that atom is made up of 99.
9999% empty space,
And the remaining 0.
0001%,
That is what we call the material world.
Now we know theoretically that the larger world is made up of the smaller world.
Galaxies are made up of stars,
Which are made up of molecules.
Bodies are made up of cells,
Which are made of molecules,
That are made of atoms,
That are made of nucleons.
The truth is that you live in a truly holographic world,
Where every single proton in the universe is expressed through each individual proton.
Another way of saying this is that all of the information of every single atom in the universe is present in each individual atom.
Everything is connected.
The universe is truly unified,
Deeply,
Fundamentally at the level of the truth of reality.
So when the ancient masters said to look within to find the answers,
They were right.
Everything you seek,
All the answers,
All the access to direct knowing is within you.
Inhale deeply,
And exhale slowly.
It is time to go within,
To look within,
To do the inner work and the inner exploration that leads to true outer impact,
That leads to radical self-love and world peace.
If you haven't already,
Please gently close your eyes and see in your mind's eye the ocean of oxygen that surrounds you.
We live at the bottom of an ocean of oxygen.
We live in an oxygen-rich environment.
And this oxygen carries the sound of your voice across the room.
It enables you to live,
Breathe,
Speak,
And be heard,
And so much more.
Inhale deeply,
And exhale slowly.
Bring your awareness to the space around you,
To what you think of as empty space that surrounds you,
That fills the room,
That separates you from where you sit and the wall across the room.
Bring your awareness to the air in the room.
Inhale it rush into your lungs without hesitation,
And know that every single cell in your body is breathing with every single breath you take.
Two oxygen atoms have bonded to form a molecule of oxygen.
And beyond the field of perception,
Oxygen is a part of the fundamental interactive field that is both emerging from and made of the field it is emerging from,
Just like you.
A part of the field and emerging from the field at the same time.
Let me repeat that.
You are a part of the field and emerging from the field at the same time,
Riding the waves of unity like a small boat on a cosmic ocean.
As you move through time and space,
You're making ripples in the ocean,
And the ocean is carrying you and helping you move through the multidimensional space,
The structure of space.
Now I invite you to drop in,
To really drop in.
Inhale deeply,
And exhale,
And drop into pure consciousness.
Bring every single cell in your body online from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes now.
And simply allow that 0.
00001% of the physical structure of you to dissolve into the quantum field,
To dissolve into the cosmic ocean,
Into pure consciousness,
Into the field of pure energy.
Allow for your breath to connect you with the universe.
Allow the universe in,
To fill you with every breath.
Allow for yourself to become universal.
It is time to enter where you already dwell,
To bring the magic of the atomic realm fully into your body,
Fully into your life by riding the waves of your breath into the infinite potential of the unified field.
Let the weight and structure of your physical body soften into weightlessness,
Soften into expansiveness.
Let the universe in.
Enter where you already dwell.

And with each inhale,
I want you to imagine a ripple being sent out across the cosmic ocean that ripples out into infinity.
With each gentle vibration of each breath,
You are sending a ripple into the unified field.
Very gently bring your awareness to your throat chakra,
To your fifth chakra,
To the center of your throat and feel the air rushing in over the structures of your throat.
Feel the life humming within the cells,
The tissues,
In the structure of your throat.
This is the energy center where you blend the breath of life with sound.
Use the breath that connects you to the universe,
To connect you with the universe.
Use your breath to connect with the ocean of oxygen that surrounds you,
With the particles that are infused with information and energy,
That are both emerging from the field and a part of the field.
These oxygen atoms that you are inhaling connect you with the universe,
With the powers of the universe.
Use your breath to give rise to the sound of you.
Speak directly from your heart.
Contribute your voice.
Use your words to inform the universe of who you are and what you stand for.
To contribute to the harmonic coherence,
The unified sound of the universe,
The harmonics of sound resonance.
You contribute something to that coherence.
The voice of you speaking directly from your heart contributes.
Your voice matters.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
And repeat these powerful words after me.
I am.
Feel the resonance of these words.
Feel them as they move into your interior vastness and feel them as they ripple out into the cosmos,
Into the cosmic ocean that you are emerging from and that you are a part of.

Take aim.
Take aim like an archer with their bow.
Toward love's true north,
Let your words be your arrows.

It's time now to return home,
To condense your universal awareness,
Your cosmic connection into the physical house of you.
Back into your beautiful human body,
Your beautiful human home.
Spirit embodied.
When you bring your awareness to the connection that you have with the universe,
You are allowing for spirit as it was designed to move through you to come home to you.
Spirit embodied.
The field of pure potential radiant and illuminated within the very cells of your body.
Bring your awareness back to the room.
Gently open your eyes and look for the oxygen.
See the space in a new way,
Alive,
Connected,
Rushing in to meet the cellular needs of your body.
With every breath.
