Hello and welcome to Evolve Part 1.
Here on this discussion we take a look at external life factors both personally and professionally and just take that intense reflective time to truly acknowledge what is happening right now for all of us on a global level.
Our external circumstances,
The wave,
Is really illuminating what is a priority to us and whom we make a priority.
This will continue to happen.
External factors will become our new governance,
Not the governance of man-made power.
In the way our society structures currently are,
They will crumble and the powers that be will have to respond to external factors that are governed by a higher power.
This leads to profound change for all of us,
Particularly if you're a leader and particularly if you are a leader and in business or a position of power.
That transformation will be happening to you and the way that you have functioned or are currently functioning will begin to take a huge movement as external factors begin to be illuminated to you.
This may come in crisis or some difficulty but then what happens is your priorities will take a movement and building potentiality to create certainty lies in your ability to relate at a different level with yourself,
With others,
With humanity,
With equality,
Unity,
Fairness,
Compassion.
All the ingredients that allow us to flourish as human beings will be coming back into your psyche,
Into your dynamic.
It will have to in order for us to create a new way forward that allows certainty for each individual to be present in our lives.
This will mean that our personal and professional issues will have to be addressed because there is a new governed productivity and profit,
Which means looking at the potentiality of everybody and how you honour and respect that potentiality of each individual person and in yourself by how you treat and respond and relate to what is really important.
All business relations will have to develop beyond the current structures of intellect.
We're going to another level of emotional intellect,
Mindful intellect,
Spiritual intellect,
Physical intellect and financial intellect.
And this creates a sense of belonging and loyalty to assist each other to succeed in uncertain times.
So no longer can it be sustainable for a driven ethos that is just out for oneself.
It simply will not accommodate the dynamic of a multi-level wave that is going to hit humanity in its consciousness.
So we've got to look at the external circumstances and be ahead of ourselves.
Leaders must become congruent with their home wealth and health and wellbeing.
The development and meaning of what they're here to do and the priority of that on a more humanistic level is what helps position an individual or a company or an organisation at a higher level.
So the ability to really input a values-led business,
Organisation or be values-led within yourself,
Not just intellectually knowing it but having the emotional connection to feel it and carry it out to sanction the action.
Leaders will have to support human potential as a form of productivity,
As I've said,
And that means honouring each and every one of us and the skills that we bring as a profound part of creating the whole.
A sense of belonging within the self,
A more secure self,
A more solid and grounded self will come into being.
So you can integrate those values deeper within yourself and within your leadership,
Business,
Career,
Workplace.
This new honouring,
New way is what then begins to create sustainable resources through human potential.
And so this is really the first stage of a rapid change,
A rapid evolution.
The old structures are simply not going to fit and we will,
All of us,
Individually,
Personally,
Professionally,
We have to look at what has happened,
Where we are and fit our current intelligences and consciousness into the governance of the external factors because current structures will crumble.
The new structures will be formed on openness,
Transparency and honesty.
An open doorway of potential for all of us,
Not just a few.
The ability to have the abundance at the top and the crumbs at the bottom is not going to create certainty for anyone.
It is an old worn out dynamic that is completely unreliable where survival becomes uncertain.
In your leadership role,
Being ahead of the intellectual game,
Being conscious on the reflections of external circumstances is what governs the new you.
A call for change is now.
Maybe some of the things that have been channelled here and brought into illumination might be a little bit difficult for all of us to comprehend,
Including myself.
And I've had to look at this several times before I've really understood it but if you're listening to this right now there's a reason why you've found it.
There is within us an infinite,
More compassionate humanistic better version of ourselves,
Not finite infinite.
And you are placing yourself upon that journey.
