Welcome to this guided meditation.
I invite you to sit comfortably,
Making sure that your back is fully straight.
That your buttocks is sitting firmly on a meditation pillow or on the ground.
And that you are in a position to feel very solid within yourself.
Take a few moments now to tune into your breath.
By simply observing what your breathing is like without judging it,
Without wanting to judge it.
Simply observing what your breathing is like without judging it,
Without wanting to change it.
Simply by taking notice.
I invite you to bring your attention to your heart space.
Observing how your heart is feeling.
Once again without judgment,
With acceptance.
Take notice now of your body's positioning.
How solid you currently feel at this moment in time.
Seated where you are.
Are you feeling more vulnerable?
Are you feeling sturdy?
Just take notice of what's going on in your body at this time.
Notice how your butt feels against the floor.
Or wherever you're seated.
Take notice of the contact.
Of how solid you are.
In this space in your body.
Send gratitude to this area.
For allowing you to be seated here with me today.
For supporting the rest of your body.
For allowing you to be grounded in the present moment.
To be seated in a way where you feel supported.
This is the root of your mountain.
This is the base.
This is your foundation.
Recognize it as so.
The base of your spine.
Your bum.
This is your root.
It is the center through which you make contact with the earth.
And from which you can feel sturdy and centered within your being.
I invite you to place your palms facing down on your knees.
Or on your thighs.
Recognizing the groundedness.
That is felt from your palms making contact with your legs.
Feel yourself sturdy within your hands.
The solidity of them against your legs.
Feel your spine straight.
Being supported by your root.
Take notice of the energy that circulates through your spine.
Connecting you from the earth to the sky.
Take notice of how your head feels.
How solid your head is.
How it is supported by the rest of your body.
Through your spine.
Again sending gratitude to all of these parts of your body that are supporting you.
That are grounding you.
I invite you now to visualize yourself as a triangle.
With your head being the summit.
And the area around your bum being the base of this triangle.
Your body becomes this prism that is extremely solid.
This pyramid that has nowhere to go other than to be right here in this very moment.
Feel yourself rooted into the ground as this triangle.
Or as this mountain.
You can even imagine yourself as solid as rock.
You are here.
You are safe.
You are grounded.
You are.
Take some time to savor the experience of feeling so sturdy in this current experience at this time in this space.
You are powerful solid structure.
You are vibrating with strength.
With foundation.
With sturdiness.
Feel the strength and groundedness.
That is your very existence.
Feel how much nothing can shake you at this time.
Feel the strength that resides within your center.
Feel the powerful life force that you are.
As we close this meditation,
Feel free to stay in this seated position.
For as long as you see fit.
So that when you come out of this meditation,
You can carry yourself with a new sense of strength.
Of power.
And of groundedness within your current experience.
