What is this thing called Instant Manifestation? How can you actually apply this methodology? How can you use this technique so that you start filling your life with one blessing and then another blessing and then more blessings and then more love and then more joy and then more abundance and then you're living the life of your dreams, Your desired reality. I love this term called desired reality. So let's start exploring first of all what is desire, What is reality, Right? Because this methodology helps us create a different reality instantly without needing to wait. That is why it's called Instant Manifestation. So what is Instant Manifestation all about? If you stay with me you're going to learn all about it, You're going to have a full understanding of how can you actually apply it because I'm going to tell you step by step how to understand it and how to apply it. So what is reality? Reality is a beautiful interesting term. What is reality? I would be naive in starting to describe or starting to tell, Hey this is reality. It is a mystery, It is magical, It is miraculous, It is a dream and it is also something very real, Right? So what is reality? We know that reality only exists in the present moment, Only exists here and now. And we also know that reality is the sum of your internal universe plus your external universe. Your external universe is part of your reality. And what do I mean by external universe? Well the results of your life. Listen to this, The more capable you are in distinguishing, The more clarity that you can have in your mind, Okay this is my internal reality, This is my internal universe, And this is my external universe, The more capable you are to practice Instant Manifestation and the more capable you are to start experiencing your desired reality. Isn't what I just said? Just understanding what is in your inside and what is in your outside is half way of the work, It's half of the work. So what is your external reality? It's kind of obvious, Right? But it's not very obvious because if it was, Then we would all be expert manifestators and we would all experience their desired reality. Desired reality is something unique for you by the way. So your external universe is your physical body, Yes, The strength on your body is a result, The health on your body is already something external, It's already a result, Right? The physical hair, Your nose, Your quote-unquote beauty, Because you are beauty, Because beautiful, Because who you are, And because of your body. So your body is a result, Your job is external universe, Your things, Your cars, Your clothes, Your money, Right? That is all in the outside, That is external. Guess what? Your boyfriend is from your external universe. I know you've said that you're one with him and that you love him or her, Right? And that you guys are one. Yes, We experience it like that, But for these practical purposes of you becoming the manifestator of your perfect and desired reality, Let's say that it is beautiful to say those words and at the same time we must be careful because that is when we confuse the most, Because we really believe that we are one with them and that we are our partner, We are our relationship sometimes, Right? So your mother, Your friends, Your peers, Your co-workers, We don't have power over their behavior, We don't have power on what are they thinking, Right? So that's all on the outside, That's all something on your external universe. They are results, The people surrounding you are results, It's not an internal universe thing, Okay? An external universe, The temptation is to believe that whether you have the perfect external universe, You have the perfect body, You have the perfect car, You have the perfect house, The perfect amount of money in your bank account, Perfect friends and the perfect girlfriend, The temptation is, Well, I must then experience my desired reality, Correct? It does make all the sense of the world, The mind is constantly falling in that trap and I say it's a trap because all things in the outside, Every single result can only offer fleeting moments of happiness. The more that you achieve, The less realization they give you. Buy your first car, It's a beautiful thing, Buy the second one, All right, It's great, The third one it loses, It's not as exciting. The fourth one, That's, I mean, I don't care having three cars or four, What's the difference? The fifth one, There's not a lot of difference, Right? So the more that you get, The more that you achieve, The less realization they can offer to you. Then we can get dependent on external results and our self-esteem can be threatened if we are looking for realization, If we're looking for the desired reality in an external universe. Another beautiful thing to remember is that they do not determine your reality. No result, No external thing, People, Circumstance can actually determine, Manifest the desired reality for you, To you. So external reality is wonderful and we get to love and appreciate everything that we encounter in our external reality, Right? And at the same time, The more that you know that the answer is not there, Your manifestation, Your desired manifestation is not there. It cannot offer it to you. The more power you have to look for your instant manifestation, Where it actually is. Where is it? In your internal universe. What are the three determinants of your internal universe? So that you're actually experiencing, Manifesting the desired reality again and again and again and again. And every day you're experiencing your desired reality until out of the nowhere, Then you go like, Wow, My internal reality and my external reality, Both are what I have been just dreaming of. My external universe is exactly what I want it to be, Or better. And my internal universe is exactly what I want it to be. So the first determinant of your reality, Your desired reality, The true determinant is the quality of your consciousness. Listen to this. What would you choose? To have $1, 000, 000, 000 in your bank account, But knowing that next month you're going to lose everything. You're not going to have a penny left. Or having no money at all, But knowing for sure that next month you're going to have $1, 000, 000, 000 in your bank account. What would you choose? Well, Not having anything, But then knowing for sure that then you will have the money. But you don't need to have the money to experience the abundance, Because you know for sure that it will come. And on the other hand, I bet your life would be probably miserable if you have all the money, But you know for sure that you're going to lose it. So if the quality of our consciousness is telling us that we're going to lose in life, Then we experience loss, Right? We experience anxiety, Fear. And if the quality of our consciousness is telling us that we're going to win, That we're going to be happy, Then we don't need the external things. We don't need to win so that we experience happiness today, Right now. So how can you fill up your, How can you redefine and it's like you're like a sculpture. You're, Every day you're working on the quality of your consciousness so that it is more refined and more refined and more refined until it is very, Very refined. Breathing is a beautiful thing, Right? Meditating is a beautiful thing. Listening to these kind of videos is a beautiful thing. Meditating more, Listening affirmations, Positive affirmations. That's a beautiful thing that you get to redefine, Especially learning things that you're interested in. Second determinant of your reality is the amount and the quality of energy flowing in your heart. If you know for sure that you're going to have a million dollars next month, But you're not open to appreciate the 1, 000 million dollars, Be grateful. If you're not feeling, Wow that's going to be amazing, Then your reality is not amazing, Right? If you're feeling anxious, But you're in a palace and you're in a hotel and the hotel is the best hotel of the world, But you know that tomorrow you're going to lose, Your mother is going to die or whatever, Something wrong is going to happen, Something awful, You're not going to experience a beautiful reality, Right? So the quality of the energy of your heart does determine your reality. And the cool thing is that you're always free to breathe through your heart and to invite more, More light, More and more love, More and more abundance, And more and more joy, More and more gratitude, Appreciation, Inspiration, Right? And the third determinant of your reality is the natural capacity to innocently express that you are a fulfilled being, That you are already realized. Because of who you are, Your nature is being a realized being, You are already realized. Even if you believe that you're not realized, Because we do, We are often wanting to become realized, We are wanting to get hope. For the more that we honor this beautiful truth that we are already whole, We are already fulfilled, We don't need to become whole, The more that we determine consciously our reality. So instant manifestation is about understanding how manifestation actually works, What really determines our experience. And if we focus on the quality of our consciousness by having positive expectation, Inviting more loving quality, More loving energy in our hearts constantly, And then honoring that we are already fulfilled beings, It's a resting sensation. It's like, All right, I am already fulfilled, I don't need to work anymore. I get to rest and I get to act out of love and act out of nice, Pleasant emotions, Right?
