Healing is definitely not about hardening.
It's about softening.
It's always about realizing who you really are.
About allowing.
Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this healing meditation.
I am so honored that you chose me as your guide today and I want to tell you that this meditation can really help you to clear any emotional pain.
This meditation is designed to help you clear limiting beliefs,
Blockages in regards to relationships,
In regards to money,
Any judgment,
Any fear,
Any trauma,
Negative karma,
Anxiety.
If you are feeling lonely,
If you're feeling disrespected,
This meditation is gonna definitely help.
And I can tell you that there are so many different ways that you can heal.
I've tried so many different useful techniques and they all work.
I can tell you that every single different technique have helped me to heal,
Have allowed me to feel and to heal.
So I want to thank John Jones,
Joe Dispenza,
Greg Brattain and Bruce Lipton for teaching us this modality and this practice that we're gonna be using today in order for us to gain more awareness and heal.
So if you are ready,
Now you can choose your position and I suggest that you have your back straight and that you invite a sense of curiosity and a sense of playfulness.
There is no way to do this meditation wrong and you can do it on a daily basis if you need until you feel like it was enough.
You can use this meditation as often as you want.
And it's gonna be really helpful for you to embody this healing process inside of you,
So that you can start healing even without listening to this meditation.
If you feel ready now,
You can breathe out and breathe in.
And with your eyes open,
Start looking.
Where are you?
Just gain awareness.
What are the colors that are surrounding you?
How many shadows,
How much light can you perceive in this room?
And breathe and start relaxing.
And distractions are going to come.
Thank your distractions.
Distractions are a very tangible part of meditation.
We want to get distracted in our meditations because every time that we get distracted,
We have an opportunity to gain awareness.
And every time we gain awareness and we realize,
Oh,
You know what?
I have been distracting myself.
I have been distracted.
Well,
We become more present and we gain presence and we gain awareness.
And that's exactly what we're doing.
That's exactly what we are trying to do,
To gain more presence and more awareness.
So thank your distractions and just notice what is your mind telling you?
What is the energy right now for you,
For your experience,
For your unique experience?
Nice.
If you haven't done it,
You can close your eyes now and relax more.
You can even pay attention and notice how much does your body weight right now?
Is it heavy?
Is it light?
How is it?
Allow your body to fall.
Relax your shoulders and let them drop.
Let them be really far from your ears.
Allow your whole body to drop.
Allow yourself to be you.
You can ask yourself,
How does it feel to be myself right now?
Explore your internal universe.
Just perceive.
How is your energy?
How is your universe?
How is your emotional state?
Don't change it.
Please don't change it.
It's perfect just like it is.
Even if you're experiencing pain or any challenging emotion,
Don't change it.
Allow it.
And now let's pay attention to our head,
To our crown.
We're gonna do a quick scan to relax.
So allow your crown to release some tension.
Focus on your forehead.
Focus on your face and allow your face to relax and let go.
Feel your lips.
Feel your mouth.
And allow your mouth to release and relax.
You can move to your throat.
And you can allow your throat to relax.
You can allow your neck to relax and your shoulders to release.
Allow your arms,
Your hands to release and let go.
Allow your chest to let go.
Allow your abdomen to release.
Allow your stomach to be just how it is.
Relax your back.
Relax your sexual organs,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves.
And you can now even imagine that you're taking your shoes off after a long day of walking and your feet releases energy.
Feels so great to focus on your feet.
Beautiful.
And now we're gonna invite our attention to be right in our heart.
I want to invite you to focus in this specific part behind our heart.
Just pay attention right here behind your heart.
This is a sacred place filled with silence.
Filled with infinite love.
Filled with healing energy.
Right here behind your heart is where your soul sits.
Is where divinity enters your body.
So there are no expectations.
You can just explore how it is.
And start breathing and relaxing while you put your energy and your attention right here in this sweet spot behind your heart.
There's nothing to achieve.
Nothing to create.
Nothing to feel.
You are just exploring your heart.
How does it feel to put your attention in this magic place inside of you?
Breathe.
And we're gonna remain our attention here in our focus right here behind our heart for the remaining of this meditation.
So it's perfectly okay to get distracted.
It's perfectly okay to start thinking and to start believing the stories of our mind.
And at the same time we want to place our attention and our energy back here to the back of our hearts.
And while you are sitting here feeling the back of your heart I want to invite you to visualize I want you to visualize in front of you a very big white screen.
It's just so big in front of you.
You can just watch how big is this screen.
It's all white.
And now you're gonna start remembering painful memories.
The first ones that come to your mind are the ones that are needed to come to your mind.
So trust and remember this sensation.
Remember this experience in a safe way while you continue to place your attention right here on the back of your heart.
In a super safe way.
So watch the screen starts to fill with these different experiences these different sensations you can bring them to your consciousness remember the feeling feel the feeling in a safe way and put this situation this belief this judgment whatever it is for you right here in the screen.
And continue placing your attention here in this sweet spot behind your heart.
Anytime you felt judged remember it see the experience feel the emotion and put it there in the screen and then continue with the next memory and then the next and then the next and there is no way to do it wrong you're doing it perfectly.
Continue feeling the back of your heart and at the same time you are remembering these different painful memories.
Anytime you felt disrespected or you might felt that you were not enough when somebody told you no that you would not have enough or that you are not lovable feel and continue feeling and placing these challenging emotions these challenging situations,
Memories these fears place them in front of you in this amazingly big white screen and this screen starts to feel starts to have these different sensations these different memories because you are placing them but there is always more room so continue remembering and continue feeling the back of your heart and continue feeling this big screen with everything that you need everything that did not allow you to feel who you really are to feel your greatness bring to your mind any experience that made you feel small and breathe remember anytime that you felt like you were in danger like you weren't enough or something would go in the wrong way feel the back of your heart place these different experiences and memories right here in front of your screen in front of your being inside of this big white screen and this screen starts to feel starts to contain all your different fears,
Traumas beliefs,
Judgments and you continue healing and feeling the back of your heart anytime you felt like you were experiencing something unfair something that is not right remember that time and put it here in the white big screen so that you can see the experience and feel in a safe way every emotion every emotion and continue placing your attention in the back of your heart and continue with the next memory and then the next and then the next perfect and continue feeling the back of your heart and remembering every time you felt that the situation was unfair that the situation was painful that you were being disrespected or insulted nice perfect and now you are gonna imagine visualize,
Feel or sense that in your hand you have a big eraser and this eraser is divine right in your right hand you have an eraser this eraser is divine so whenever you start touching these experiences in the screen with your divine eraser they get completely transmuted into white dust and these beliefs these thoughts these illusions become one again with a infinite field of infinite possibilities so start erasing now everything in the white screen and sense what happens when you erase these illusions at your own pace you can start at the left up corner start erasing erasing,
Erasing and continue erasing until you are completely done take your time beautiful you are doing a great job now notice how it is to start erasing everything continue erasing every illusion all the memories get completely transmuted into dust into white magical dust and it feels so great notice how it feels to lose all this weight all this weight gets lifted from you you feel so light and free and continue erasing erasing nice perfect and if you are ready now you can let go of any task and you can allow your mind to do whatever it wants to do just sit freely with nothing to do,
Nothing to achieve and now you can return your attention to your physical body feel the weight of your body feel your toes feel your fingers you can come back and you can open your eyes whenever you are ready feeling so much lighter and remember you can do this practice whenever you want all the times that you want I hope that you feel so much better and I really hope that you can transform in a really healing empowering way my name is Juan Pablo Castaneda and it was a beautiful honor to meditate with you Namaste

Wow this meditation is incredible! I could feel my heart quite early into the meditation and it was so beautiful to then turn the attention towards it. I cried so much during the visualisation!
