Welcome to Leaping into the Unknown, A lesson from The Fool. The Fall is the beginning of the Major Arcana and the start of the Fall's journey. The Fool's Journey is an amazing way to understand the story of the major arcana, And is told through three story arcs, With The Fool as that beginning part of the story. It teaches us about the big soul life lessons that we're here to learn, And is a deep exploration of archetypes, Shedding layers of who we were, And how we make peace with the chaos of life. The Fool himself is represented by zero and is the pause before any action has been taken. Zero contains pure potential and possibilities and is that complete openness. The fall is often shown at the edge of a mountain, And he approaches it with lightness in his step, Without much baggage behind him. You'll see in a lot of the full iterations, He's either carrying a small backpack or something similar to show that on this leg of the journey, We don't need to bring much with us. The four can also be seen as our souls incarnate on earth, Where we enter whole and pure before we are not so much tainted but influenced by everything else in the world. He approaches that cliff edge without any expectation and with trust in his heart. He leaps knowing that that net will appear for him on the other side. So there is no fear and no worry. This fall really requires us to take this leap of faith in our own lives, To look out over this beautiful wide landscape of where we are right now and to enjoy the view of where we find ourselves before leaping into the unknown that is this next chapter of our lives. The challenge with the fall is that we can't leap. Expecting that through doing this and trusting the universe that all these dreams that we conceive in our minds will happen exactly the way we want it to. We have to leap with that trust that whatever is there to greet us is exactly what we need and that the universe has our backs. The most important thing here is that we have to be the ones to take that leap. And it is only through taking this big step that we can discover what's on the other side. So it's important that we take our claws out of certainty. We do not need a clear map, Even if we would absolutely love to have one. The Fool really requires us to get rid of a need for clear-cut directions or a guarantee of certainty, But instead leap with that joyous outpouring and with open possibilities of what could be. And that is the beautiful lesson of the fall. Until next time.
