Iβve been holding a lot of grief recently, but have been struggling to find ways to release & feel all my feelings- theyβve been rather overwhelming and send me into disassociation. However, this meditation practice continuously amazes me at its ability to let me explore my mind safely to find the root & ultimately cry (even & especially) when it feels so impossible. Thank you, Iβve made huge strides in the last three days of incorporating this into my practice. Iβll be riding the wings of grace is my new favorite affirmation.
