This ambient music track is created with the intention of helping you rest/sleep deeply. The binaural beat is set to the Delta Wave State with the frequency of 1.3hz. The music is all done in the key of F which is correlated with the Heart Chakra. The binaural beat will only work if you wear headphones, the track can work well without headphones as a regular ambient meditation but I highly recommend wearing headphones to allow the Delta Wave entrainment in.

It’s hard to find a bunaural beat recording that’s JUST binaural beats. This one comes as close as I’ve found. Many others have annoying bells and bings,etc-this does not. It’s smooth throughout. I still haven’t found my holy grail of pure binaural beats but I really like this one.
