Explore MeditationJonathan, the author of the multiple award-winning book "Peace, Power, and Presence," developed a keen interest in spirituality and the integral human experience during his early teens. At the age of 16, he began into the practices of yoga, meditation, and Taoist Qi kung. Since then, his life has been devoted to embodying the innate intelligence of the Heart and the human spirit. Jonathan's life mission is to assist individuals in rediscovering and embodying their inherent wisdom and achieving a conscious and holistic integration of their spirit. With a deep understanding and embodiment of various spiritual traditions, he focuses on what is essential, practical, and universally applicable. Drawing from over three decades of self-enquiry, spiritual practice, and extensive training, he imparts empowering principles and spiritual insights that resonate with people's innate knowing within their hearts. Although most of his meditations are longer than what's typical on Insight Timer, participants invariably report they go into stillness and presence deeper and more effortless than usual, and they find it easy to follow and remain focused within the practice. Jonathan has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over 30 years, and has been invited to teach workshops and retreats in Europe, Canada, USA, Costa Rica, Panama, and New Zealand.
