Continuum

Continuum is a gentle electronic inner journey. Continuum is a wonderful piece that can be used ​in Yoga studio & coffee shop playlists, and of course at home or on the move for your own inspiration, relaxation and pleasure. This sound is used as the theme music for John's much-loved​ course, Self-Acceptance Through Authenticity, here on Insight Timer. We had so many requests to hear the music in full that we just had to share it.

'I was thinking very much about what makes us human when I wrote this piece, are we just our thoughts and our stories, the identities we think we are? What about the feeling of life in us, that is not dependent on those things as it came before them all​, and is present always.
I've always loved mid-1970's electronic music for its organic textures and I felt that I'd love to explore this feeling with sound and echoes.'
