This is a heart healing meditation.

This healing practice can be applied to any part of the mind or the body that needs healing today,
But today we'll focus on heart healing.
So find a comfortable seat,
Give yourself a moment to adjust,
Release any fidgeting,
Nervous energy.
You can shake out your hands,
Prop yourself up,
Whatever you need to do.
And then once you've found a comfortable seat,
Let your eyes close and turn your attention inward.
Just start to notice the quality within.
Nothing to change,
No judgments.
Just noticing how it feels inside.
Letting your awareness drop down into your heart center.
You can leave your hands by your sides or if you like,
Place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your belly.
And start to notice the rise and fall of the breath.
And starting to deepen the breath,
Feeling the belly press out and the chest expand and the belly pull in on the exhale and the chest relax.
We'll take a few more breaths like this.
Inhaling first into the belly and then filling up the chest at your own pace.
Exhaling,
Letting the belly pull back in and the chest relax.
And as you take these few breaths,
Taking this time for yourself to allow your awareness to rest in your heart center.
Notice any feelings that may want your attention.
Anything that comes up.
Just receive that information.
Again,
No judgment.
Just notice how you feel in this present moment.
Perhaps you want to send a kind thought to your body.
Appreciating your ability to breathe freely,
Comfortably.
Thanking your lungs and your heart for doing what they do automatically.
Imagine in your mind's eye a healing golden white light shining down over you.
Cascading over your head and shoulders.
Spilling gently over you.
Filling up the area around your body.
Imagine how light and soothing this energy feels.
Filling up the field around you.
Imagine this very same light like a beautiful ball of energy at the center of your heart.
Imagine with each breath,
The light at the center of your heart expanding ever so gently with each inhale.
With each breath shining a little brighter.
Reaching a little further.
Maybe that light has a color or a feeling.
Breathing into this beautiful light that is the essence of your being at the center of your heart.
Allowing this light to emanate.
Putting your awareness at the center of the heart.
Feeling this beautiful white light emanate from the center of your being.
Sending love and kindness.
This beautiful healing vibration throughout your whole body.
Imagining this energy of love with every breath.
Shining into each cell.
Reminding each cell of your body that it is loved.
Restoring each cell of your body to perfect health and well-being.
Restoring vibrancy,
Resilience,
Strength and wholeness to each cell with this healing light from your heart center.
Feeling the light surrounding you merging with the light inside you.
Until your entire energy field is full of this beautiful healing light.
