This is a meditation to prepare for manifestation.
With regard to manifesting,
We want to create a space for the desire and remove any blocks we have to receiving.
When you focus on your desire,
Nameless and unassigned to details,
We align with the manifestation of that desire.
Just like when we focus on a problem,
We align with the problem or the lack.
If you focus on your heart's desire for your life,
Circumstances will rise to meet you where you are,
And then you fine-tune your preferences based on what shows up.
If you can,
Remain unattached to the result,
As it might be showing you more about your ask than being a final outcome or destination.
Regardless,
You will grow and learn and build something wonderful.
This meditation is to help you prepare the space to clear blocks and welcome your manifestations.
So come to a comfortable seat,
Make any necessary adjustments.
Let your spine feel tall.
You might feel a gentle sway.
Allow that to move through your being.
It's just your energy,
Your essential life force,
Alive within you.
Let your awareness settle inside.
Just start to notice your breath,
Allowing your natural rhythm.
And begin to expand the inhales,
Making them a little fuller,
And emptying the breath on the exhale.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
And as you continue to take these nice,
Full,
Deep breaths,
Slowing down,
Allow your mind to settle,
Let your attention drift down the channel of energy through your center.
And imagine floating all the way down to the center of the earth,
Connecting with that nice,
Grounding,
Earth energy,
Creative principle.
Drawing that grounded earth energy up with your mind's eye back up through the earth,
Up through the center of your being,
Connecting back into your heart space.
This meditation today is about creating space for your manifestations to be born,
Welcoming,
Opening to receive the physical manifestation of your soul's urges,
Of your heart's desire.
It is the creative principle for us to bring into physical reality that which we desire.
It is the universe's will for us to actively create this way.
Know that you are entitled to allow your heart to guide you in this way.
And in this meditation,
We will do some releasing of blocked energy to help you align with that which you wish to create.
Bringing that beautiful source energy,
That white healing light down in through the crown of your head.

Allowing that energy to come into your being,
Connecting deep within you,
Energizing the creative principle within.
