Marvel at the creation of life.

Further in,

The forest grows stronger.

Imagine you are a tree,

Roots pushing deep into the earth.

Rotted by the rich,

Dark soil.

Grounded in yourself,

Grounded in this moment.

Breathe deeply.

Allow the air to fill you.

Clear,

Clear,

Clear.

Connected,

Connected,

Resilient,

Resilient,

Resilient.

Look at the ground through the eye inside your mind.

You are a tree.

The ground sustains you.

You grow here.

Thoughts and ideas.

Passion shared by others.

This makes the forest thrive.
