Inhale sending the breath to fill the entire space within your body.
Hold the breath at the top.
One,
Two,
Three,
And exhale all the way out.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Repeat this deep inhale and long exhale one more time in your own breath.
Settle into the ease of your breath and the ease of your energy.
The breath is subtle,
Gentle,
Yet powerful.
Allow the breath to support you.
Welcome your breath to support your relaxation.
With each breath,
You relax deeper and deeper,
Letting go of any tension you sense within the physical body.
Allow the breath to bring ease and comfort.
With each inhale,
Connecting with your loving essence,
Allow it to be there energetically.
Exhale anything that does not serve this essence of you.
Spend a few moments with this active breath to allow your true essence to become present within you.
With the inhale,
Imagine the energy of your true essence to expand beyond the physical body,
Creating expansion with each breath.
And exhale,
Clearing any energies that don't feel aligned,
Imagining that they are falling away with each exhale.
Continue with the ease of your breath,
Allowing your energy to sync up to the vibration of your true essence.

When you arrive,
Tune into how the air feels on your skin.
Take in all the surroundings using all of your senses.
Take a moment to observe what you see.
As you do this,
You see a path that you feel compelled to follow.
You feel excited to explore where this takes you.
As you come to the end of the path,
You see a mirror surrounded by a glowing yellow light.
As you walk closer,
You see your own reflection.
This is a reflection of your true authentic self,
Fully expressed self,
With no limits and creates the energy that all is possible.
Breathing in the essence of your truth,
