Take a moment to relax and get into a comfortable position.
Sitting down or lying down.
Give yourself the gift of these next few moments.
As you settle in,
Close your eyes.
Focus on the breath.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Feeling the sensation on the breathing in.
Feel the air entering the nostrils.
Going down into the lungs,
Allowing the lungs to expand.
And then breathing out.
Allowing the lungs to deflate.
Pushing out any stale air all the way.
Empty the lungs.
And another breath in.
Allowing the abdomen to rise on the inhale.
Feeling the body expand.
And exhaling,
Letting it all out.
This time with a sigh.
Ahh.
The next inhale.
A brief pause before the exhale.
Making a sound with the exhale.
Ahh.
And try three more breaths like this.
Allowing the sound to leave the body.
Ahh.
Your voice is a healing instrument for your body.
Just allowing a sigh with sound begins to relax the body.
Relaxing the nerve system.
Relaxing the mind.
And with each exhale,
Imagine the body relaxing a little bit more.
Melting into the chair or bed.
Now imagine,
What would it feel like if you were just 5% more relaxed?
What would it feel like in the body if your whole body were just 10% more relaxed?
Allowing the breath to be your guide.
Just a few more moments.
If your mind drifts off,
Coming back to the breath.
Just feeling that relaxation go deeper into the body.
Join your mind's eye,
Or in your imagination,
In vision.
A star.
A star that's twinkling in the dark sky.
It's a beautiful clear sky.
And this sparkling star is like white diamond light.
Imagine or envision this beautiful star coming down,
Making its way slowly to where you are.
The beautiful light in this star is coming to bring relaxation and healing to the body-mind system.
The star comes above the head,
Gently shining light onto the top of the head.
Trying to move through the body,
All around the head,
The skull,
Relaxing the muscles around the head,
The face.
Relaxing the forehead,
The cheeks,
The jaw.
Melting down,
Massaging around the neck.
Just allowing this light to flow,
Bringing relaxation.
Moving through the cells of the body,
Every muscle,
Every bone,
Every tissue.
Being filled with light.
Moving down the shoulders,
Arms,
And hands.
Gently massaging,
Allowing the body to release and relax.
Igniting the cells for healing.
Allowing this light to continue down the upper back and chest.
Stimulating a relaxation response down through the body.
Middle back,
The ribs,
The heart,
The lungs.
The internal organs.
Moving down.
The lower back.
Just allowing this light to massage and spiral around this low back.
Bringing love and gratitude to the entire spine.
And wrapping around to the front,
The hips.
This brilliant,
Beautiful light that's coming down from the top of your head through the entire body now meets the legs.
Gently massaging,
Relaxing.
Pushing out any stuck energy,
Any tensions now flowing down as this light moves down into the knees.
Filling the gaps in the knee space.
Down through the lower legs,
Massaging the calves.
Relaxing down into the ankles.
Filling that space in the ankle joint.
Filling it with love and light and gratitude for these beautiful ankles holding you in your days.
Allowing this light to move through the tops of the feet,
Around the heel and the bottoms of the feet and each toe.
And this sparkling diamond healing light that's coming down through the head,
The neck,
The shoulders,
The body,
The legs.
The feet just flowing through you like a river.
Pushing out any stagnant energy,
Any tension,
Any tightness flows out now through the bottoms of the feet and out of the body.
Allowing this light to become a river,
A flow through the body,
Down and out the feet.
Allowing the earth to receive and transmute any energy that is no longer needed from you.
This light river flowing that came from the stars deep deep in the sky down through you,
Through your body,
Out your feet.
Now deep into the earth,
This light flowing through the body into the earth deep deep down.
There's a crystal there with your name on it.
It's your energy component of the earth.
This light connects you to it.
Breathe this light into the physical body.
Exhale.
Up and next,
Inhale.
Allow this flow of light to come up from the crystal,
Up through the earth,
Up through the bottoms of the feet,
Up the legs,
The body,
And out the top of the ground.
Going deep into space.
Connecting to a white light,
All that is.
Infinite potential.
Love,
Creative source energy.
You can allow this experience to flow both directions.
This light beam,
This river of light coming down through the head,
Out the feet,
Into the earth.
And then from deep in the earth,
On your crystal coming back up through the feet,
The legs,
The body,
And out the head.
Just breathing the flow of this light.
Inhale,
Exhale.
And this flow riding the waves of your breath.
And on your next breath.
Feel into your heart center.
Feel into your body.
Giving your focus back to your breath.
Feel the air entering your lungs.
Feel the lungs expanding.
And on the exhale,
Feel the lungs retracting,
Pushing out stale energy,
Stale air.
Breathing into the lungs as they expand.
Breathing out as they contract.
And then exhale,
The air comes into the body,
Nourishes the body in such a brief moment.
And then exhale and releases what's no longer needed.
Allowing the flow of your breath to remind you at any moment you can relax.
You can allow the breath to be your guide,
To nourish the body and the mind,
To oxygenate the body,
And to bring the mind into this moment.
And on the exhale,
Allowing the body to relax and the mind to relax.
You can use a moment to imagine the light river that flows through you.
At any time you need it,
You can come back to this moment and focus on the breath.

And on the next breath,
Feel the sensation of your feet.
Feel your left foot and all your toes and begin to wiggle the toes.
Feel your right foot and the toes and wiggle the toes.
Feel your left hand and fingers.
Wiggle and move the fingers.
Coming back into the body fully,
Notice the right hand.
Feel the fingers and move them around.
Coming back fully into the body.
Take another deep breath in.
All the way down.
And exhale fully.
And know that you are always deeply loved.
You are filled with light and love and a beautiful creativity that will only be experienced through you.
As you go on with your day,
Let your light shine.
Your words and your actions.
Your mind.
And release and end with a sigh.
