Feel the shift as you move from eyes open to eyes closed.
What does the shift feel like?
Do you feel an immediate relief or are you consumed by the darkness and what lies in the space of the unknown?
But just know that for this time together,
You are safe.
You are held.
You are loved.
Take a deep breath into your heart.
