Hello listeners and welcome back to the alive podcast.
Today I am flying solo.
It has been an extremely challenging January for me and now being on the other side,
Recording this episode,
Actually I'm recording this on February the seventh to release this Friday.
I really wanted to come out the other side sharing with you how I was able to move through this challenge.
I know collectively we are all going through something right now.
Ever since this pandemic hit,
We really live in this new normal,
This sense of new normal,
This new reality that is so challenging for so many of us in very wildly different ways.
But I think at our core,
There's a foundation of ritual.
There's a foundation of practice and wisdom that we can all take from this experience and use it to elevate higher,
To come together as a collective,
To elevate our souls,
To elevate our spirit,
To truly feel what it feels to be alive.
That's what this podcast is all about because being alive isn't always about feeling your best.
Being alive comes often through challenge,
Through struggle,
Through emotional turmoil,
Right?
Whatever it is you're going through in your life.
For me personally,
I was not feeling well for probably about three weeks.
I don't know exactly what it was.
I didn't go test.
I could assume it was the C19.
But I really didn't want to let that thought consume me.
And I think that's really my first takeaway for all of you.
And I want to share a number of points.
I actually had three written down.
But a lot of times when I record episodes,
Even when I have guests,
I really like these to be off the cuff.
I like them to be channeled through spirit,
Through messages that just come through me as I'm sitting here speaking into this microphone.
And wherever you're listening,
Whether you're driving in the car or you're going for a walk,
It's where I love to listen to podcasts.
I just invite you to do the same,
To allow the words that you're listening to as you're hearing this episode really help you spark divine thoughts within you,
Spark ideas.
So many of the ideas in the work that I do have come through listening to others on a podcast or watching a webinar or a video.
And it's not even the same message,
But it's like one word can truly spark so much.
Words are energy.
And so let the energy of my words today really serve you.
Let the words be the medicine,
The story.
Very similar to my episode with Sarah Robinson that I recently had on the podcast.
She says words and story are medicine.
And so I think when I was going through,
I was down for about three weeks.
I had to cancel all of my calls.
I had to cancel every engagement that I had,
Podcast interviews,
Why I'm going solo today in full disclosure and vulnerability.
I had to cancel some of my guests and that was so hard for me.
And if you're listening and you're male or female,
Whatever gender you associate with,
I want you to ask yourself if you've been through that too.
If you've been at a point where you had to step away from it all,
Right?
You had to really just shut everything down and give yourself the rest that your body and your mind are so craving.
And that for me is such a challenge to say no to everything and every obligation that I had planned in my life and to say yes to just rest.
That is hard.
That is so hard.
And it was so challenging for me the first week.
You know,
I'd been through this healing process of three weeks trying to get over this.
And then I still have some lingering symptoms actually about a month out,
But every day I wake up thinking about these three things that got me through,
Right?
The title of this episode,
Bouncing back.
How do we bounce back?
What tools,
Rituals,
Thoughts,
Right?
Wisdom,
Right?
Again,
Words,
Words are wisdom will carry you through this season.
And just remember,
No season is forever.
Nothing is eternal except the life force that is within you,
Right?
The universe,
God,
Spirit,
Whatever you resonate with is eternal,
But any difficulties or challenges that you're going through are not forever.
And on the flip side of not feeling well at the tail end of that,
I had a loss in the family.
And so this has just been a really heavy time for me.
But through that,
I've come out the other side wanting to share with you the light within the dark,
The light in these times that we're going through,
Whether it's just overwhelmed and you're just having to take on so much these last couple of years,
Maybe it's challenges financially,
Maybe it's challenges in your business.
Maybe you're just struggling every day mentally,
Right?
Through anxiety and depression.
Maybe you too have suffered loss recently.
This episode is for you to give you that sense of hope in these trying times,
To know that there are ways that you can care for yourself,
Even if you're not 100%.
And that really to me is what it means to be alive.
Because every day that I show up is not always easy,
Whether it's for my clients,
Whether it's a group setting,
A group coaching call that I have,
Maybe it's showing up to the mic on my podcast or guesting on another show,
We're not always going to feel 100% energetically,
Sometimes not even 50%.
But I know it's those times that I show up,
Just like today,
That is so incredibly healing for me.
Podcasting to me is just an incredibly healing experience.
It's a journal in spoken word,
Right?
Instead of writing down everything I'm moving through,
I'm sharing that with you.
I'm going through this emotionally and then projecting this out into every platform that this podcast is hosted on.
And speaking of,
I want to share some exciting news with you,
Whether you are a podcaster yourself or just a lover of podcasts,
That in this time that I wasn't feeling well,
I think it was in the first week,
I got an email from the podfest family,
The podfest community that I'm so deeply entrenched in.
I have spoken on three virtual events.
This will be my very first time speaking live at podfest this May,
2022.
I got an email from Wendy Branch.
She is the head of podfest while I wasn't feeling well.
And that was kind of my first sign of hope with fireworks.
And it's like,
Congratulations,
You will be speaking this May at podfest 2022.
It is a live conference for podcasters or podcast lovers,
Or if you've ever even thought about starting a podcast,
It's going to be this May the 26th,
I believe through the 29th in Orlando,
Florida.
And I live in Florida,
So it's pretty convenient for me,
But it's like to get this news in a time when I could barely get out of bed to think about standing on stage and speaking for others.
Oh my gosh,
It was intimidating,
But yet invigorating,
Right?
At the same time.
And so to make a long story short,
Why did I mention that?
It's because when I wasn't feeling well,
And if you're kind of in the state of,
You just have no energy,
You just don't know how you're going to make it through this challenging time.
That is what I'm talking about at podfest,
How podcasting changed my life.
First as a listener,
Then as a guest,
And now as a podcaster myself.
Every time I show up to the mic or put the earbuds in as a listener,
I'm still an avid listener and love podcasts.
It is such an incredibly healing experience for me and really feeling incredibly exhausted,
Extreme fatigue as I was healing through it.
It's the only thing I could do.
It's the only thing I had energy for to consume.
You know,
When you're just not feeling well,
Or you're in a state of depression,
It's like nothing interests you.
That's what I was going through.
I found it so hard to read emails.
Being on social media was exhausting.
I really had to disconnect and detox from technology,
Right?
Because even the 5G exposure is incredibly exhausting and too much of that consumption can also lead to additional fatigue,
Which then affects the mind,
Which affects the body.
But podcasting was the one thing that I was interested in.
It was like,
I would sit outside just to get some sun with a hot cup of tea.
And I put in the earbuds,
Even if it was like a 15 minute episode or an hour,
It gave me such hope listening to stories or listening to podcasts that were about exactly this,
Which is why I felt inspired to release this episode about when you're in this state of anxiety or depression,
Or you just need a little bit of spark of hope,
Hearing these words can really uplift your energy.
It can uplift your day.
Just hearing one story or reading one book or hearing some words can shift the entire course of your life.
That is what inspired me.
As you hear in the intro of this podcast,
To step away from a six figure income.
It was a podcast.
It was listening every morning in my commute to and from San Francisco to stories of hope of others who did that,
Who stepped away from whatever it is that was not serving them.
And even when you come down with something,
Right,
There,
There are lessons there.
And that's what I want to talk about today.
Your body is trying to tell you something.
Your body is craving something beyond just rest.
Maybe something isn't working for you in your life at this current point in time.
And you know that,
But you just don't know the first steps to get your way out.
And that's what I want to talk about today.
I want to give you three tips,
Pieces of advice,
Golden nuggets of wisdom as to what I felt I needed in that time of despair.
What are those words of hope?
Because when we're in that state,
And I talk about this with my clients all the time,
You just can't see your way out,
Right?
You can't see the forest beyond the trees.
And you may know all these things.
You may be into holistic health and you might meditate every day.
But when you're in that state where you just don't feel like doing anything and nothing interests you,
It's really hard to think about how you're going to make your way out of the fog,
Right?
And a brain fog was a definite thing with that,
Which frustrated me more than anything because I love,
I am so cerebral.
I love deep conversation.
I love asking deep introspective questions,
Right?
Because that is what life is about,
Right?
Is getting to know yourself,
To know thyself is the greatest blessing.
And once you know yourself,
You could share that wisdom with others.
And that is what the world needs now more than ever.
And so that's why I said,
When I get through this,
I want to share with you what helped me through looking back.
What was it that I did subconsciously,
Right?
Because not consciously,
Because my brain definitely wasn't there.
What did I do subconsciously that is programming,
Right?
That is me of the past subconsciously,
Right?
Acting in ritual or in wisdom or in a certain mindset that I didn't realize I had,
But it's because I've been doing the work for so many years that it just becomes ingrained in you,
Right?
Neurologically,
I mean,
That's the science behind it,
Is every experience that we have,
Typically we remember the highlights and the low lights,
Right?
The traumas,
The challenges,
It creates an imprint in your brain.
Joe Dispenza talks about this so beautifully.
And when you have that pattern in your brain that's ingrained,
It remembers that event.
It remembers that highlight,
Right?
That high in your life.
And then it remembers the lows.
We don't really remember much in the metal.
And again,
That's why I'm so passionate about the word alive,
Because that's what it means.
It means to live the highest of highs,
But also embrace the lowest of lows and knowing that winter doesn't last forever,
Right?
Maybe it's this time of rest and retreat that we need to get to the next level of our lives.
And that's okay,
Right?
It's not forever.
You will make it through.
I actually wanted to title the episode of this podcast,
Everything Will Be Okay.
There was a show I used to watch.
Gosh,
I can't remember the name right now.
What was it called?
It was a comedy,
I believe on ABC,
But the theme song was,
Everything's okay.
And honestly,
Whenever I am down,
It's the silliest thing,
But I just remember that song,
Everything's okay.
And I'll sing it to my husband.
I'll sing it to myself.
And sometimes we need those small machos,
Those small reminders that everything will be okay because if you're still alive today,
Right,
Then you have made it through challenging times before,
Which means you know how to make it through again.
Your body remembers,
Your brain remembers.
And so let these words really seep into your aura today to remember that you know,
You know more than you give yourself credit for and whatever it is you're going through,
I just want this episode to be a message of faith,
A message of hope and a message of feedback.
So let me give you my three tips that I want to give for you today.
So if you have a pen and paper and you want to write it down,
Please feel free to do so.
If you're driving and you just want to subconsciously soak it in,
Just trust that you will remember these words of wisdom when you need to.
And the reason why I say that is because when I listen to podcasts,
I feel like I need to write it all down,
Especially if it's tips or tricks or advice,
Or maybe it's a book recommendation,
But sometimes we know more than we give ourselves credit for.
Our brain subconsciously picks up on all these signals,
Whether we realize it or not.
So just trust that.
I always trust that every episode,
Everyone gets something completely different.
It's almost like looking at a painting in a museum.
Every time you look at that painting,
You will see something different.
You will have a different experience,
But everybody will get what they need,
Right?
Because everyone connects to a painting,
Two words,
To an episode in a way that's an internalized experience,
Right?
It's a perception.
Everybody connects in the way that they know how.
That's the best way that I can really describe that.
So here's my three,
Let's call them three Fs,
Right?
So how do we break through,
Right?
How do we come out on the other side when we are going through these challenging times?
Number one is discord equals fuel to foster change.
These are the three Fs,
Fuel,
Faith,
And feedback.
If that's all you remember,
That's amazing.
Fuel,
Faith,
And feedback will carry you through.
And discord,
Right?
The discord,
The challenge,
An illness,
A loss,
That's fuel to foster change,
Right?
Change as to how you handle the situation.
Change as to what lessons have you learned,
Right?
Every challenge that comes in our lives,
And I truly do believe after I heard this,
It changed my life,
That God,
Universe,
Spirit,
Whatever resonates with you will never give you something that you can't handle.
So just know that,
That every challenge that comes across your way is a lesson,
Right?
And that's actually the number three,
The feedback of the F,
But use that as fuel to foster change,
But also to teach others,
Right?
So when I was out of,
When I was finally feeling better and a little bit healed,
It's like those thoughts were planted within me that I wanted to share this in an episode,
Or maybe just go on Instagram live,
Or maybe even create a course of it,
Right?
I really just allow intuition to guide me through every message that is channeled through me.
But I knew I wanted to do this episode because so many of us are hurting right now.
And that's why I'm doing the talk at Podfest in May on mental health.
I am more passionate about mental health now than ever,
Because it is what is crippling the world.
Not just me,
I live here in the United States.
Wherever you are in the world,
Mental health is such a taboo topic.
I have many conversations.
I have one from Podfest last year,
One of my previous episodes,
If you want to go back and look,
It was a panel style discussion.
And I had podcasters from around the world,
And we all shared that it's taboo.
It was taboo in Africa to talk about it.
It's taboo in Asia.
It's taboo still in the United States,
Right?
We talk about all these ways of healing and living our best lives,
But we have to start with the mind because all energy starts with thoughts.
All energy starts with what we think in our mind.
And so even if we're in a state of illness or loss,
Or we just don't want to get out of bed in the morning,
That's where it starts.
And I'm not saying to put on a happy face.
I don't believe in toxic positivity,
But the awareness of it all,
The acceptance,
Right?
So that's what this field of foster change is about.
It's about acceptance,
Right?
It's the acceptance that this is my reality right now,
But this won't be my reality forever.
So knowing that,
What needs to change?
Maybe the next time I encounter this challenge,
I will do this,
Right?
Or I will think this,
Or I will have a practice.
I just finished reading one of the best books of my life,
And I'm a full advocate.
As I'm currently writing my own book,
I admire books so much because they are life-changing,
Just like a podcast.
There are messages that come through in words,
Right?
An expression that you remember for the rest of your life.
Think about it.
Is there a book that sticks out?
As I'm saying this,
That you really feel has changed your life.
And this book is one of them.
It's called The Complete Works of Florence Scoville Shin.
She actually inspired the book by Tasha Silver about money and money mindset.
And I'm totally forgetting the name now.
I'll just be honest because my brain,
I'm still trying to strengthen my neurological pathways kind of coming out on the other side.
But this book is so beautiful by Florence Scoville Shin because it was written in,
Let's say a hundred years ago.
It was written in the 1920s about the power of words.
And she says,
Your word is your wand.
The game of life and how to play it.
These are like sub chapters or sub books that are contained in this complete works that I got on Amazon,
Honestly,
For $6.
99.
It's amazing.
I'll link it up in the show notes for you.
And this book is incredible because as I was feeling so distraught with everything that was going on around me,
It brought me such peace because again,
It talks a lot about connection to higher consciousness,
Connection to faith,
Connection to God,
Universe,
Spirit,
Tarot cards,
Crystals,
Podcast episodes,
Books,
Whatever resonates with you and how it can elevate you out of the situation that you're in.
And that's what this entire book is about.
A lot of it is rooted in financial advice,
Right?
That a lot of times we try to plan and a lot of times we try to strategize and budget,
But truly abundance,
Money,
Right?
I mean,
Abundance doesn't have to be money.
It's just gifts in any form from the universe.
We often block ourselves because we feel like we know what we need,
But we don't.
We don't know what's for our highest good,
Right?
We get in our own way.
And that's what this book gives you such hope for is that the universe knows and will always give you more than you can ever expect,
But you have to have faith and you have to believe.
And reading that book just gave me so much hope as I was barely getting out of bed every day.
I was able to do my normal course of work and it was so frustrating to me,
But that,
And that's the second point that I want to give you.
So number one is fuel.
Number two is faith.
That period of time strengthened my faith more than ever.
It's like an initiation,
Like a rising of the Phoenix that I am out this other side and my faith is stronger than ever.
And a tangible tool is yes,
That book,
It changed my life.
Reports cannot even express how I feel about it.
I might do another episode about it as I have a dear friend,
Raven Scott.
She also has an amazing podcast called the thriving intuitive.
So that's one of my recommendations.
You want to write that down and she bought the book and she is going through her own personal journey about religion.
She was raised in a very religious environment.
There are some religious nuances in there to Christianity,
Which I am not of Christian faith,
But I love reading about all different religions.
Because I truly do believe they're all rooted in the same core concepts,
Right?
As humans,
We all have the same basic desires to be seen,
To be heard and to be loved.
And Florence Scoville-Schinn's book,
She said,
Really challenged her to immerse spirituality and religion,
Which sometimes people think they're one in the same,
But with this whole new movement,
New movement,
Excuse me,
Of spirituality and versus classic religion,
There's a lot of people that are moving away from classic religion,
Which seems very structured and focused on guilt and punishment versus spirituality,
Which is open and accepting and loving.
Right.
And really rooted in faith and Florence Scoville-Schinn does a beautiful job of marrying the two topics.
I might do a whole episode on that.
I asked Raven,
What would you like to hear about on the podcast?
And she had asked me the same.
She goes,
Oh,
I'd love an episode where you talk about what you learned from Florence Scoville-Schinn's book.
So that may be up and coming.
Let me know if that's something that would be of interest to you.
Hit me up on Instagram.
That's where I hang out the most at mozen underscore wellness,
M-O-Z-E-N underscore wellness.
Because I love recording these episodes,
But what I love even more is connecting with my listeners is connecting with my guests is really having this whole community.
Right.
And that's going back to the first point that fueled teach others is let's continue this conversation.
Let this not just be a solo episode where I am talking about my experience,
But I want to hear how this episode connected to you.
What did you feel from this episode?
What takeaways did you have?
What books did you read or suggestions did you take that changed your life?
And I think that's how we're all going to heal through these times collectively is really being and leaning on each other,
Offering that support,
Offering that connection,
That community,
And that love.
That's something I'm so passionate about.
So number one,
Fuel to teach others.
Number two,
Faith as hope.
And no matter what,
Let me talk a little bit more about faith now,
No matter what religion you are,
And like I said,
I am of Jewish faith,
But I study all different religions.
Honestly,
Sometimes I resonate more with Buddhism or with Zen culture,
But I am so rooted or Kabbalah,
Which is more rooted on Jewish faith,
But I love studying.
And that's why Florence Gobel-Schin's book was so fascinating to me to see another perspective,
To see another side.
And that's what I think when you're in a space of struggle,
That's also what helps you out.
That gives you that faith.
It's just another perspective is reading something or watching a documentary or talking to someone you've never met before,
Right?
Maybe just connecting with somebody random online,
Probably not going to connect with random people out in the world.
Although you could,
I always do love random conversations with somebody at the grocery store,
Right?
Really just opening the door and the portal to new conversations,
New ways of doing,
New ways of being,
Because that gets you out of the situation you're in.
That gives you that hope.
That gives you the faith that things are not always going to be this way.
And here's why.
And that's why I said,
Podcasting,
Listening to episodes,
Listening to Says Christiansen.
She has a beautiful podcast and her newsletter is called Beneath the Poetry.
That's who I was listening to.
She talks so much about moving through difficult emotions and she has such a way with words.
That really just spoke to my soul.
And I really hope this episode does that for you today and gives you that bit of faith.
And it's almost like a mystery that's unraveled.
It's like one word leads you to another and one episode leads you to a book.
And then this book might lead you to another perspective.
And then you might get inspired to start your own show or to guest on a show or start your own business.
I mean,
The sky is the limit with,
And that's why I love kind of the synchronicity of,
Of following spirit,
Of following these divine messages.
I always say,
Listen to the whispers within and having a practice,
Whether it's meditation,
Whether it's EFT,
Whether it's Japanese calisthenics,
I actually did that this morning.
It's a beautiful seven minute practice with daybreaker that really helps shift the energy,
Some way to shift your energy or perspective outside of where you're in.
And then following those divine whispers,
Right?
Maybe it's pulling a tarot card.
Actually feel called to pull a card for you all on this episode today.
So let all these rituals,
And this is everything that I do in my practice with my group coaching,
With my clients one-on-one actually,
To be quite honest,
I was really frustrated because I was working on the next launch of my live vibrant program,
Which is all about breaking through.
It's all about that coming alive again through times of challenge or change,
Or just really feeling like something has to shift in your life.
And this round is,
Is going to be more focused on,
Which is why I think I had to go through that month of just complete healing.
That is exactly what it's going to be about.
I'm going to have an Akashic Records healer,
A human design expert,
An herbalist,
We'll do yin yoga together in community.
And if you want more information,
Again,
DM me on Instagram at Mosin underscore wellness,
Or check out the link,
Bit.
Ly backslash live vibrant life.
I will link that up in the show notes to be a part of that community,
To come together as women,
To support each other through these challenging times,
Live in person,
Sharing our stories,
Unearthing.
I mean,
Even as I'm recording this episode,
I'm coming alive again,
Just through expression,
Just through thinking about things differently,
Not doing things the same way,
Shaking up your routine.
You're going for a walk,
Just take a different path today.
It can really be simple.
It doesn't have to be complicated,
But we started one step at a time.
I started wearing my iPhone,
My iWatch again.
That kind of sets the tone of,
Okay,
I want to move more and really making that a priority,
Or maybe you want to write a book.
So you just start journaling the outline of your chapters.
That's where I'm at again.
I started writing my book in 2018 and now I'm back.
So it's kind of going back to basics,
Right?
Sometimes we have to go backwards a couple steps to go forward,
Right?
10 steps,
But that's the process,
Right?
It's a beginner's mind,
Right?
The Buddhist talk about,
Mosin,
Beginner's mind,
Just taking ourselves back to the beginning and really starting small and really starting simple because we live in an age of over consumption,
Right?
Overwhelm,
So much information out there.
That's again why I love podcasts because they're just simple.
It's just you and your earbuds.
You can take it anywhere.
You can listen to the car.
You could take it on a walk.
It's not a Zoom call.
You don't have to be dressed appropriately,
Which I never am,
But got the pajama shorts on the bottom as long as you look good on the top,
Right?
You don't need any of that.
You just need to show up for yourself and make a commitment to listen.
And that's what I love so much.
That's one fuel to faith.
Three is feedback,
Feedback.
And again,
I alluded to this earlier,
But when you're in these times of challenge,
These are the two questions that I want you to think about in terms of feedback.
So whatever you're going through right now,
Ask yourself,
What is not working?
What is just not working for me anymore?
Maybe it's my relationship.
Maybe it's my business or just an offering that I offer my business.
Maybe it's I'm still in a corporate job and I really want to do my own thing or have a side hustle.
Maybe it's my health.
Maybe I'm just not taking care of myself.
And that's why I'm always feeling low energy.
Maybe I need to get outside and get more fresh air or make a commitment to do yoga twice a week.
That's something I really want to get back into is I love yoga,
But never really make it a priority.
It's always like,
I got to do something intense to really get the most exercise,
But that's not what life is about,
Right?
We have an inhale and then we have an exhale,
Right?
It's that balance of the masculine and the feminine.
The feminine inhales and takes it all in and the masculine,
Right,
Is that doing,
That's the exhale.
So just like breath,
Right?
Breath is life coming alive.
The inhale and the exhale.
Just think about that.
What can I inhale and what can I exhale?
Those are the two questions that give you so it's a simple concept,
But it gives you so much feedback.
So what's not working?
That's the exhale.
And what's the lesson?
That's the inhale.
That's what we want to take in.
What will I do differently next time?
Who will I contact?
What will I read?
What is my go-to?
Maybe I'll get on Insight Timer.
I love Insight Timer.
Whenever I feel like I need to ground in,
There are live classes on there.
There are meditations.
Have that go-to for you.
Maybe it's just holding a crystal.
I have a beautiful amethyst on my desk.
It just gives me that divine connection right through my third eye.
Or maybe it's a piece of pyrite,
Right?
Fool's gold that helps you feel abundant and connect to that energy of abundance.
Again,
It can be so simple,
But ask yourself,
What do I want to inhale?
What am I ready to exhale?
That feedback,
Asking yourself those two simple but profound questions right now and every single day,
Every morning,
Every night before you go to bed,
Just like a gratitude practice will shift the energy of your life because inhale and exhale.
Breath is life.
It's the prana.
It's the life force that runs through you.
So really being attuned to that,
That awareness can bring so much clarity,
So much peace,
And so much wisdom and guidance through these challenging times.
So just to sum it all up,
Because I don't want to take too much of your time because if you're listening to this and you're just not feeling it,
Right,
Sometimes everything in excess,
Right?
Sometimes little doses can be so much more powerful than something that's elongated,
Even though I do love elongated experiences.
But number one,
Fuel.
The discord is fuel to foster change.
Number two,
These challenges strengthen your faith,
Right?
This change strengthens your faith.
Most successful entrepreneurs,
Writers,
Dancers,
Innovators created out of challenge.
So ask yourself,
What is this challenge gifting me,
Right?
Again,
It's a different way of thinking than we're programmed to.
We think 50,
000 thoughts per day.
About 70,
80% of them are negative.
So how can we take a negative experience and make it positive?
Number two,
It strengthens your faith,
Your connection to ritual,
To a higher state of consciousness.
Ask yourself,
What is something I can do today to elevate my energy and my faith?
It could just be calling someone that always puts you in a good mood or hop on Instagram and send me a DM at mozen underscore wellness,
M-O-Z-E-N underscore wellness.
I love to just elevate the energy of any space I'm in,
Whether it's virtual or in person.
And number three,
It gives you feedback,
Right?
That's the inhale and the exhale,
The prana,
The life force that runs through you asking yourself what is not working and what is the lesson that I want to take in from all of that that I will carry through with me the next time this happens again.
Thank you so much for listening,
Sending you so much love,
Light and healing through these challenging times.
Love you so much.
I'll talk to you soon every other Friday on the Alive Podcast.
Hi,
Listeners.
If you've made it this far,
I have a gift for you.
I alluded to on the episode that I wanted to pull a Tarot or Oracle card for all of you based on the fact that we all need some faith now.
We all need ritual and wisdom and deeper insight to really get us through these challenging times.
And this week especially that I'm recording the episode,
This is the week of February the 7th,
Is a week when Mercury,
Which is the planet of communication,
And Pluto,
The planet of power,
Are getting together.
So make powerful communications,
Both written and spoken,
Your aim.
So I took that as a divine sign to really channel a ritual that I do every single morning.
I pull a card to give me hope,
To give me a clue,
To give me some synchronicity or a message from the divine that will carry me through.
And this is what I've pulled for you today.
Alchemy.
You're on a roll at this time and the energy of heightened success around you and your endeavors.
You instantly manifest your thoughts and ideas now,
So choose them carefully.
Just as you're capable of manifesting masterpieces right now,
You're also able to manifest problems.
But the good news is you can undo any manifestation that you're unhappy about.
If you enjoyed this episode,
I invite you to share the love with somebody in your world that really needs this message today.
And if you're feeling extra generous,
I would absolutely love if you would subscribe to my show on Apple Podcasts or wherever you like to listen and rate and review.

Perfect timing! Even though I am housebound and have limited physical abilities as I am healing from a back injury, Jessica helped me realize that this time is actually an opportunity to stop running around and working so hard and take a good look at my life — what changes do I want to make, what would make my life more meaningful, what actions can I do now that I’ve slowed down, what will make me happier?Thank you, Jessica! ❤️
