Take a moment to release,
To check in with yourself,
Releasing the responsibilities and really just noticing,
Maybe noticing your outer environment and then taking a moment to notice your inner space,
Your inner world,
Your inner season and weather today.
What does it feel like in your inner space and how can you support yourself today?
How can you practice kindness and compassion towards yourself?
How can you offer yourself love?
Really just taking a deep breath,
Releasing it out the mouth,
No need to think your way through this,
Really just landing in your body.
Take a deep breath in,
Landing in your physical body,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
I invite you to notice where in the body you may be holding any physical tension,
Without judgment,
Really just observing,
Observing what is here for you,
Observing the little messages of your body,
The body constantly guiding you back to inner and outer alignment.
It takes a moment of stillness to notice the little messages,
The guidance from our own inner wisdom.
