If you feel comfortable allowing the eyes to close or finding a spot on the floor to focus on.
When you get comfortable settling in by taking three deep breaths,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Taking a fresh inhale and a deeper exhale.
One last inhale and a final exhale.
A new day has arrived.
It's here to greet you.
Let its positive energy hold your hand now and support you.
You are in communion with nature,
In communion with the universe.
You are a powerful being who can absorb the best in life and release the rest.
Release the rest.
Accept all the sounds and energies you hear and feel around you in this present moment.
They aren't distractions.
They are the natural rhythm of this space.
This is exciting and the day is open with vibrancy and possibility.
Breathe in the good and exhale the bad.
Breathing in positivity,
Confidence,
Kindness as you exhale worry,
Fear and negativity.
Practice this for a few breath cycles.
If you observe your mind jumping from thought to thought,
This is perfectly fine.
You are starting your day with intention and the mind is thankful for this effort.
You are appreciated.
You belong.
Bringing your awareness back to the breath as it enters and exits the body.
Bring your awareness now to the color yellow or welcome yellow energy into your space.

If a thought comes into the mind,
Acknowledge it and focus back on feeling positive yellow energy around and throughout you and your space.
Follow this positivity that enters your soul and rejoice at releasing any stress or negativity.

Welcome this positive energy.
Today will be full of lessons and grace.
