Welcome to this awareness guided meditation.

This meditation begins with simply being aware of your body and the tension you may be holding onto physically.

Be aware of your straight spine and your deep inner strength that holds you upright.

Allow the mind to travel up your body,

Starting at your feet,

Moving towards your head,

Pausing to let go and release any tension as you feel it,

Especially in the areas of your hips,

Your belly,

Your heart,

Throat,

Shoulders and forehead.

As you let go of this physical tension in your bones and your muscles,

Notice that inner strength that continues to hold you upright as your body is relaxed and at ease.

From this state of ease,

Ask yourself,

What can I release right now?

Pause and listen to what shows up without judgment.

You're welcome to ask again,

What do I need to let go of in this moment?

And you can go further by asking,

What else?

Listen for the answers and feel the clues your body gives you.

Feeling into an area of old or past injury.

Can you let go of protection in this area,

In your heart space?

Can you release past hurts done to you or by you?

Connect with the area around your throat.

Are you able to release and let go of restrictions and beliefs holding you back from speaking your truth and sharing your message?

Everything that you release has served you in the past.

Collectively gather all of these.

Visualize collecting them in your hands,

Thanking them and releasing them with love.

Bringing your awareness again to the body.

Noticing how it feels now.

Noticing any lightness,

Ease or rest.

Trust that you can keep feeling this ease,

This lightness as you continue to release and allow.

Bringing your hands to your heart,

Honoring yourself and taking one last deep breath in and release it as you let go.
