Now shift your attention to your breath.

Observe the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales.

If your mind starts to wander,

Gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Now bring your attention to the task you have ahead of you.

Visualize it clearly in your mind.

Zero in on the specific aspects that you will need to focus on.

Imagine executing each step confidently and successfully.

Embrace the feeling of being completely immersed in the moment and focused.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale.

Bring your awareness back to the present moment.
