Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

Feel the support of the surface beneath you.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Hold the breath,

Then exhale gently.

Repeat this deep breathing a few more times.

Begin to visualize a glowing light surrounding your body.

This light forms a protective shield that represents your personal boundaries.

Choose a color that resonates with you.

A few options you might consider are a calming blue,

An empowering gold,

A vibrant green,

Or a soothing violet.

Choose what resonates most with you.

This light serves as a barrier protecting your energy from outside influences.

As you breathe,

Consider the specific boundaries you want to establish in your life.

Think about areas where you feel overextended or vulnerable.

With each breath,

Allow your shield to strengthen and grow brighter,

Reinforcing your commitment to protecting your energy.

Imagine this light pushing away any energy or influences that violate your personal boundaries.

Affirm to yourself silently,

I will respect and honor my boundaries.

Feel the truth of these words resonate within you.

Spend a few more moments in this space and fully embrace the sense of strength and security that comes with having clear boundaries.

If any thoughts or fears arise about setting boundaries,

Acknowledge them but allow them to float away like clouds in the sky.

Remind yourself that you have the right to protect your energy.

Now gradually shift your focus back to your breath.

Take a few calming breaths and with each inhale,

Draw in confidence.

With each exhale,

Release any lingering doubts or fears.

When you're ready,

Start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling the energy in your body.

Slowly open your eyes and continue on with your day.
