Let's take a moment to reconnect with your natural pulse.

Find a comfortable position.

Allow the eyes to soften and close.

Relax the shoulders.

Release the whole body.

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

Let it go.

Now with your left hand,

Bring your left fingertips to the space that's just below the belly button.

Space in between the pubic bone and the belly button.

Press your fingertips in lightly into this space,

This energetic point called the C of Chi.

And we'll take the right hand,

The right fingertips up to the third eye point.

The middle finger is in the space between the brow point.

And take a deep breath in and let it go.

Allow yourself to feel this energy.

To feel the pulse beneath the fingertips.

Inhale as you feel your abdomen rise.

Exhale,

Let go.

Just be here now with the breath and with the internal pulse.

Connecting to your natural pulse.

Feel your body settling into harmonious rhythm.

Breathing deeply.

Visualize the flow of Chi stimulated at the belly button.

Rising up to the third eye point.

Feel this flow from the pubic bone rising up the back of the spine.

And it floats down on the exhale.

Each inhale imagine this light spreading within you.

Feel this radiant energy filling and energizing every cell,

Every fiber of your being.

As you exhale,

Imagine it extending out into the space around you.

Filling up the room you're in.

And extending out into the world around you.

Harnessing this light and carrying it with you wherever you go.

Inhale bright light.

Exhale and visualize any stress,

Negativity,

Or fear.

Being replaced with this golden light from within.

Let this flow continue.

Feel the pulse of light continuing to flow through you.

Acknowledge the rhythmic pulse within you.

The harmony of your energy and your breath.

And let's take one last deep breath in.

And exhale fully.

Letting the pulse of power resonate throughout your being.

Bring your hands into heart center.

Collect your light.

Take a moment to appreciate yourself for taking this time to pause,

To be still,

And to develop self-rhythm.

Bow to your light.

Slowly you can open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and in tune with your energy for the rest of the day.
