Jenn Rineer

Dr. Jenn Rineer is a mindfulness teacher trained through Brown University's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training Program. With a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and expertise in Occupational Health Psychology, she has spent more than a decade helping leaders and employees improve their health and effectiveness by identifying and addressing sources of work-related stress. She is also a mom of two elementary-aged children and understands the many joys and challenges of parenting and balancing work and family life. A long-time meditator, Jenn deepened her practice when she realized that life's stresses were getting in the way of fully experiencing its most meaningful moments. Through mindfulness, she discovered a way to meet life's ups and downs with greater awareness, balance, and compassion, and became a teacher to share those benefits with others. Jenn guides with a warm, relatable style and welcomes all. She is particularly passionate about helping those who have high work and home demands; struggle with challenging relationships; are chronic people-pleasers; seek more connection and community; and/or feel too busy meditate. She has found that while meditation takes time, it also creates more space - for calm, appreciation, love, authenticity, and the people and activities that matter most.
