I invite you into this moment and into this meditation to draw your presence within,

To take time to become present and aware,

To come into a space where nothing is needed,

Nothing is wanted,

Nothing is expected of you.

Injure the known presence to follow expansion,

Release on the out-breaths and compassion,

Still giving yourself permission,

Tension down to the soles of your feet,

Feeling the connected energy,

Saying a few kind words,

The vibration of those words will settle into your cells slowly and gently to you.
