This meditation will help guide you to meeting your inner child,
To do some healing and to connect on a deeper level with not only yourself but with your inner child.
Take a few moments to get comfortable and to relax,
Bringing your attention to your breath.
Take in a few long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
Inviting that breath deep into your lungs to nurture and relax you.
Take a moment to pause,
To feel yourself safe and supported where you're sitting.
Invite your body to surrender into relaxation.
Feel yourself supported and connected with Mother Earth.
Feel her safe,
Supportive energy surrounding you.
Mother Earth invites you to begin letting go of anything that's no longer serving you,
Anything that's blocking you from being present in this moment.
She invites you to let that energy fall down through your roots,
Where she slowly begins to collect that energy and transform it for you.
Breathe and relax.
Allow the sounds to soften your energy field and eventually settle into your body,
Beginning to break down any barriers.
Feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper.
Begin to imagine yourself walking on a secluded beach on a warm summer's day.
You feel something settling beside you and turn to notice a much younger version of yourself has come to sit with you on the log,
Noticing their clothes and their shoes.
How old are they?
Allow the information to come to you.
Tell them you're sorry for all the pain they endured.
And tell them you're sorry.
Tell them you want to stay connected.
Does your inner child slowly,
The younger version of yourself,
Feeling more whole,
Complete,
Begins to absorb into the adult?
