Transcript

One minute midday meditation.

Take a deep breath in and find a tall erect spine.

Broaden at the chest.

Relax the face.

And gently exhale.

Breath in.

Find the rib cage,

The lungs.

Exhale.

Maintain a tall spine.

Inhale.

Feel the breath nourish the body.

Exhale,

A sensation of relaxation pervades.

One more breath in.

Exhale it out.

Gently open the eyes.
