5. The Authentic You Do you love the person you are, Or do you crave to be more like someone else? How comfortable are you with your uniqueness? It's time to accept and embrace who you truly are. Now is the time to take off all the masks and costumes you were taught to put on, And to let go of the opinions of others. Your true power lies in your uniqueness, And yet often you diminish that power by striving to act like others. Allowing yourself to be the genuine you is one of the greatest accomplishments you can have in your human experience. It is a challenge, But with effort, It can be done. You have been taught to pretend, To fit in, And to do what is expected of you. You were encouraged to be a follower and part of the crowd. Maybe it's time to become the leader you were meant to be. It's time to stand up and be seen. It takes great resolution to be the unique individual you are. Who you truly are, The authentic you, Is a gift that was given to you by the Source. Your uniqueness was implanted in your DNA. An important part of your human experience is the journey of self-discovery. The journey to find what really makes you tick. What excites you. What allows you to feel alive. What allows you to feel the most comfortable in your own skin. Many of you are still playing the actor that goes by your name. It's time to stop pretending, Stop acting, And just be you. Although it takes great courage to be the real you, It takes far more energy to keep pretending. It's time to embark on the amazing journey of finding and becoming the authentic you.
