Shaltazar pauses transmissions when spirit feels far away.
Greetings,
Dear ones.
We are Shaltazar,
The Gavi Shpaninu,
The Energy of 33,
The Master Teacher,
And the Energy of 44,
The Master Healer.
There are times on your spiritual path when your sense of connection to spirit,
Once vivid and alive,
Begins to feel distant.
Practices that once opened your heart now feel flat.
Guidance that used to flow with ease becomes faint or silent.
You may begin to wonder,
Have I done something wrong?
Has spirit deserted me?
Was I imagining the connection all along?
These are painful questions.
Your mind searches for the moment you lost your way.
Your heart aches for the intimacy it remembers.
Dear ones,
Absence is not always abandonment.
Sometimes it is simply part of being human.
Often when your sense of connection to spirit fades,
Panic arises.
The mind rushes in,
Searching for causes,
Mistakes,
Or imagined failures.
You may believe you have done something wrong or that the connection has been lost forever.
Yet many of these seasons of disconnection are beyond your control.
They are not punishments.
They are not evidence of failure.
They are natural movements within human life.
We're feeling,
Perception,
And awareness ebb and flow.
In these moments,
The mind often pulls you away from feeling and into the story.
But true connection does not live in the stories you tell yourself.
It lives in your felt experience.
And this is why the pause becomes so important.
When spirit feels far away,
The pause becomes especially important.
In the pause,
You step out of the story that you have been left behind.
You return to your breath.
You return to the sensations in your body.
You return to the simple truth that you are still here,
Still breathing,
Still held by the same life force that once felt so vivid.
The pause helps you notice that even though the feeling of connection has changed,
The presence holding you has not.
Clouds can cover the sky,
But the sky remains.
In the same way,
Doubt,
Fatigue,
Distraction,
Or grief may obscure your sense of spirit,
But they cannot erase it.
In the pause,
You stop trying to force mystical experiences.
You release the pressure to feel a certain way in order to believe you are connected.
You allow yourself to be exactly as you are,
Confused,
Numb,
Restless,
Or weary.
And you bring that truth into the quiet.
This honesty is a form of prayer.
You may say silently,
If you are here,
Meet me in this.
Not in who I think I should be,
But in who I am right now.
The pause is where that meeting begins.
Not always with fireworks,
Often with a subtle softening,
A tiny shift in the breath,
A moment of unexpected peace.
The path of spirit is not measured by how constantly uplifted you feel.
It is measured by how willing you are to stay present,
Even when the light seems dim.
Simply take a deep breath and return to the pause.
