From a live recording, an immersive sound meditation of chant, synths, drones, and samples. To get the most out of this session, 1. Use headphones. 2. Relax your whole body as much as possible. Listening is very open and receptive, with the whole body. 3. Remove language and conceptual thinking. 4. Receive the sound with your whole body, let the sound come to you. If chanting or toning, feel the resonance of your voice in the whole body. 5. Let the sound move through your ears as the clouds move through the sky. Senses open to everything, attached to nothing. 6. Enquire ‘Who is hearing and listening?’ ‘Who is the host of the hearing?’ ‘Where does hearing begin?’ ‘What is the sound of one hand?’ 7. Listen to the space in which the sound moves through. Thanks so much. Any donations are very helpful and greatly appreciated. Om Shanti.
