A chakra balancing meditation with Light Language. Moving the energy through the body, grounding and cultivating self-love, harnessing the connection to all that is, and into the wonderment of creating beyond what has been created before.

Hi there, My name is Jason Snadden, The Abundance Activator. This meditation is a meditation to help bring your energy centers, Your chakras, Back into balance and alignment. Now for this particular meditation I will be channeling light language, Sound, It's channeled sound that comes through me. This sound is for the highest and best, It comes through in support of helping bring your physicality or energy centers back into perfect balance. So as I lead you into this meditation, Just allow yourself to surrender into the sound that comes through and I will guide you through your different energy centers, Through your chakras for this particular meditation. So getting comfortable, Whether you're seated or lying down, Doesn't really matter, Just being comfortable wherever you are and when you're ready taking in a beautiful deep breath in and breath out, Lovely deep breath in and bringing your awareness to your feet, Whether they are connected to the floor or not and in your imagination just imagining that beautiful grounding energy from Mother Earth to be felt and received in through your feet, In through your feet and allowing that beautiful grounding loving energy from Mother Earth to be felt and received gently allowing it in through your feet, Up through your right leg to your right, Your left leg to your left hip, Letting it gather around your pelvis and in your mind's eye just bring gently bringing your awareness to your base chakra, Your base chakra and your base chakra is all about grounding, Connecting, Belonging, Also grounding and getting things done, Being able to move forward to get things done, The things that you hit a ground to make happen. So just with your awareness on your base chakra allowing the sound to be felt and received. Doko doko just feeling the energy at your base, You may even like to visualize a beautiful ruby red. Doko and feel that and feel that balancing, Activating your base chakra coming into that balance, Feel that, Feel that, That's it, That's it, That's it and then gently bringing your awareness now up to the sacral chakra just behind the belly button, The sacral energy center, The creative energy center, You are the creative force of your experience, You are the creative force of your life and so let's bring that energy center into balance so that you can effortlessly move into being the creative force, The creator behind. Dahanana, And feel the energy at your sacral, The color orange. And feel that, Feel the energy here, The balancing of your sacral, The balancing of your creative force. And feel that and feel that, That's it, That's it and then gently bringing your awareness now up to the solar plexus. Now the solar plexus energy is all about that moving forward, Feeling good, The drive, The get up and go, That joy, Bringing your awareness to the solar plexus, Allowing the solar plexus energy to come into balance. Dahanana, And feel that, The golden yellow, The golden yellow. And feel that, Feel that, Feel that. Now let's do a scan, Now bring your awareness, Bring your awareness back to the base, Gently rising up to the sacral, Then the solar plexus and noticing the energy, Noticing the energy, Noticing the energy and just bringing your awareness now to the back, To the back, The lower base of the back, Base of the spine, Rising up behind the spine and noticing the difference in your spine and then letting the energy rise up through your spine, Feel the energy gently rising up through your spine, Feel it rising up, Letting your spine elongate to expand, Letting the energy rise up. Feel the energy rising up through that spinal energy, Right occipital, Feel the energy rising up, Activating that spine, Activating, Energizing your spine, Feeling the energy rising up, Rising up, Rising up, That's it, That's it, That's it. Invite you to bring your awareness to your heart space, The heart chakra, Feel the energy at your heart, You may even like to put your hand on your heart and feel your heart to open up to the sun. The heart space, The space with the love, The frequency of love, The connection to all that is comes in from this energy center, The heart. Heart. Love in your heart, The expansiveness in your heart, Heart to open, Heart to open up. You are safe to let your heart open. And then we're just here in this meditation, Just allowing that heart space to open up for you, For yourself, The love that is here for yourself, The compassion that is here for yourself. Forgiving yourself this space alone, Letting yourself fill your own tank up to feel good, Feeling the openness, The love in your heart, The compassion in your heart for yourself, And allowing this to be felt and received, Allowing this to be felt and received for you, For you. The beautiful heart space, The beautiful heart space, And then just letting that heart energy rise up, Rising up from your heart to the thymus around the base of the throat, Collarbone, Letting it travel up to your shoulders, The right shoulder, The left shoulder, That's it. And then just bringing your awareness to the energy rising up the back of your spine, Just noticing, Noticing, Noticing the expansion here, Noticing the expansion here, That's it, That's it, That's it. And then gently letting your awareness, The energy from your heart travel from the right shoulder, Moving through the right arm, Right to the right fingertips, The right fingertips, The energy moving through that right arm, Right down the right arm, The forearm, The wrist, To the right hand, And to the right finger, The tips of the fingers and the thumb, Feeling the energy moving through, Activating your heart energy through your right arm to the right fingertips, That's it, And noticing, Noticing the energy, The expansiveness, The expansiveness, That's it, That's it. And then the same with the left, The left shoulder, Down the left arm, Left forearm, The left wrist, The left hand, And the fingertips of the left hand, Feeling the energy moving through, Moving through, Moving through, Moving through. And then if there's any resistance, Just bringing your awareness to both arms and the energy there, Just noticing if there's any resistance, Can you energize where there might be some resistance, Letting the energy flow through from your open heart, The expansiveness of your heart, Up, Across the shoulders, Down those arms, Out through both arms, Fingertips, And feeling the energy flowing, Flowing, That energy, Expansive, Expansive, And open, Expansive, And open, Expansive, And open, That's it, That's it. And then we invite you to feel the love of, Source of God of the universe in through your heart space, Feel that love of source in through your heart space, Your connection to all that is, Your connection to the divine, Feel that, Feel that, That's it, That's it, Feels good, Feels so good, Allow that, Allow it in the love, The connection to all that is in through your heart space, And gently letting the awareness, This energy, This frequency, This vibration of the connection of love, All that is to rise up through your heart, Throat, Through the throat chakra, Through the throat energy center, The back of the neck, And noticing your throat, Throat, Hitting this energy, This rising up, Activating and opening your throat chakra, Speak your truth, Be seen, Be heard, Speak with love, With kindness, With compassion, For yourself, And for others of course, Feel that energy, Openness and expansiveness of your throat, Speaking the truth, Being seen, Being heard, That's it, And then we just bring your awareness to the energy rising up, Rising up, And then bringing your awareness up into, Up into, Just noticing your head sitting on your shoulders, And the energy rising up through your throat chakra, And gently bringing your awareness to the third eye, The third eye, The space between your eyebrows, And noticing, And noticing, Just noticing with, With your awareness on your third eye, Noticing what you notice here, Noticing what you notice here, And then just gently bringing your awareness to the energy rising up your spine, Letting it rise up behind, Up through the back of the neck, The occiput, And your consciousness will know where your pituitary is, Your pituitary gland, Letting your awareness travel here, Your consciousness will know, Letting the energy meet your pituitary, Just noticing, Just noticing, You may notice an activation and energization here, Energy shifting maybe, And feel that, Letting the energy come up, Letting the energy come up, Gently, Gently, Gently, That's it, That's it, That's it, And then linking the connection between your third eye, Your pineal, And the pituitary, Just gently, Gently, Gently, Letting the energy be activated here, And feel that, And feel, And gently noticing your energetic field, The field around you, Just bringing your awareness right and left, Front and back, The expansiveness that is here, The openness that is here, The connection to all that is, That is here, Noticing, Noticing, You are powerful beyond measure, You are powerful beyond measure, You are powerful beyond measure, And feel the truth of that, Feel the truth of that, You came here to create, You came here to create beyond what you have created before, Be in the wonderment of that, Be in the wonderment of that, Be in the wonderment of that, And feel the expansiveness here, The expansiveness here, Allow the information, The guidance, The inspiration to come to you, Receive it, Everything's working out, Everything's falling into place, All is well, All is well, All is well, Taking in a beautiful deep breath in, And breath out, And breath out, Another lovely deep breath in, And breath out, Lovely deep breath in, And breath out, Gently bringing your awareness back into your physical body, Moving your fingers, Your toes, Moving your legs, Your arms, Gently coming back into your physical body in your own time, And in your own, No rush, In your own, No rush, No rush, No rush, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
