Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your body to soften,
Allow your mind to settle.
Today we're going to go deeper into manifestation by understanding the difference between the Law of Attraction and the Law of Assumption,
And how you can use both to your advantage.
So what is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction teaches that your thoughts and emotions create your reality.
What you focus on,
What you feel,
What you believe,
You attract more of.
It's energy based.
So if you're constantly thinking about what you lack,
You attract more lack.
But if you begin to focus on abundance,
Gratitude,
Possibility,
You start aligning with that frequency.
Now what is the Law of Assumption?
The Law of Assumption goes one step further.
It teaches that what you assume to be true becomes your reality.
Not just what you hope for,
But what you decide is already yours.
This is rooted in identity.
Instead of trying to attract something,
You become the person who already has it.
You think like them.
You feel like them.
You move like them.
There's no waiting.
There's no chasing.
There's just embodiment.
Now here's the difference.
The Law of Attraction says align your energy to receive what you desire.
The Law of Assumption says you already are the person who has it.
So act accordingly.
One focuses on alignment.
The other focuses on identity.
And when you combine the two,
That's when things really start to shift.
Because you're not just attracting your desires,
You're embodying them.
So step one.
Decide who you are.
Everything starts with a decision.
Who are you becoming?
Not someday,
But now.
Maybe you're awesome.
Maybe you're someone who is confident,
Disciplined,
Abundant,
At peace.
Instead of saying,
I want to be that person,
You say,
This is who I am.
And you begin reinforcing that identity through your thoughts and actions.
This is the foundation of the Law of Assumption.
Step two.
Feel into it.
Now bring in the Law of Attraction.
Once you decide who you are,
You begin to feel it.
You don't just think it.
You embody the emotion behind it.
What does it feel like to be that version of you?
Grounded,
Free,
Secure?
Let yourself feel that now.
Because when your identity and your emotions align,
You become a match for that reality.
Step four.
Act as if.
This is where everything clicks.
Ask yourself,
If I truly believed I was this version of me,
What would I do today?
And then do that.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But consistently.
This is where the Law of Assumption becomes real.
Because you're no longer waiting for proof.
You're creating it through your behavior.
And lastly,
Step four.
Practice detachment.
Now let's talk about something that applies to both laws.
And that's detachment.
Detachment doesn't mean you don't care.
It means you're not attaching your worth to the outcome.
You're not saying,
I'll feel good once this happens.
You're saying,
I choose to feel good now,
Regardless.
You trust that what's meant for you is unfolding.
You release the need to control how and when.
Because when you're overly attached,
You're operating from lack.
But when you're detached,
You're rooted in trust.
And trust is one of the highest frequencies you can embody.
You don't have to choose between the Law of Attraction and the Law of Assumption.
You can use both.
Decide who you are.
Feel into that version of you.
Act in alignment with that identity.
And trust the process without attachment.
That is how you manifest.
Not from chasing,
But from being.
From being from a place of wholeness.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Everything you desire is already available to you.
Through the version of you that you choose to embody.
Step into that.
Trust it.
And allow your reality to reflect it back to you.
Namaste.
