So just take a deep breath,
Lay down,
Relax as best as you can,
And we're going to call in.
Forgive me,
I never say his name well,
Thich Nhat Hanh.
Support,
Presence.
Through love,
Through God,
Through light to assist this group and those watching the recording and knowing that our being is enough.
Too.
Allow us to be safe and loved and resourced and healed and provided for and seen.
More than we could have ever imagined with the tools that we have.
We use now.
Grounding our bodies into the earth by intention,
Just letting your spine be an extension of light down into the earth.
Trusting that the feeling of lightness and all of its cousins is the real you.
And that is you.
Gently,
Little bit at a time,
1%,
Test him out,
Test her out.
They will.
Prove sturdy and steadfast is the one you can trust.
Giving yourself all the time in the world.
There's no rush to this path.
Mine has unfolded over 15 years.
I'm just breathing into that belly,
Long,
Slow exhale,
Letting the exhale be.
Slower than the in-air.
Doing an energy clearing prayer.
You can whisper this aloud or in your mind with conviction.
I do not allow.
I do not consent.
To anyone's energy in my field that is not love or light.
Same with my home and all my things.
My animals.
I do not consent to allow any icky energy on all levels in my space.
And return it to sender with love and consciousness now and so it is.
Thank you.
We begin by honoring where we are,
The sensations we feel,
The experiences we're having.
The only way out is through.
Welcoming in the energies of love.
Seeing if you can cultivate perhaps a sense of that towards yourself.
Understanding.
Cultivating a sense of that towards yourself.
For three years.
That makes sense.
Cultivating a sense of meeting yourself right here.
Mirroring,
Witnessing you.
As we ask light,
Divine light,
Source consciousness to clear for us.
Throughout time,
Space,
And dimension.
No time,
No space,
No dimension.
Anything keeping us from receiving.
Light,
Love,
Truth.
Plug us into ourselves.
Benevolent divine.
And remind us that it has always infinitely been benevolent.
It's not those we've projected upon it.
And that even if we have habitual thoughts and feelings and emotions,
Around receiving.
There's still the truth under that,
Next to that,
Around that,
Besides that.
It glimmers and sometimes we just miss it.
Clear any block to receiving so that we may.
Allow our natural flow,
Our natural ease,
Our natural health.
Our natural bigness,
Maybe bigness doesn't have to be massive.
Maybe it's just a little bit bigger than where we are now,
And then a little bit bigger,
And then a little bit bigger,
And then a little smaller,
And then a little bit bigger.
Help us find our innate bigness.
Most importantly,
Allow us to anchor in ourselves and remind us who they are by the way that it feels.
May I clock myself.
Oh,
That's me.
I release the rest.
I release the rest.
I release the rest.
I do not consent.
I do not allow return to sender with love.
I am choosing me now.
Welcoming in love,
Welcoming in understanding,
Welcoming in healing.
Being met and witnessed.
And as you breathe into the body and you take long,
Slow exhales,
I'm just going to lastly invite us to remember a time from zero till now.
Where we felt a feeling of bigness doesn't even have to make sense.
Don't worry about your life just inside.
It felt big and alive and expanded.
Just let your mind show you a time you felt that and you felt safe.
It really wasn't a big deal.
Just you were okay and you weren't thinking of fears around it.
Let the first image be the right one.
And I want you just to.
Marinate in the image of this memory.
So just look around,
Notice any colors,
Shapes.
Other people's faces,
Your own.
When bigness felt okay.
And notice if there was a thought here in this image,
And just let yourself.
Become aware of what the thought was,
Positive thought.
And notice what feelings here in this image of.
.
.
Thought and feeling of this memory.
What feelings here?
And then lastly,
We're going to notice any positive sensations that are occurring in the body when we marinate in this image,
Feeling,
And thought.
My head's kind of whooshing,
But it feels nice.
Just notice,
What's my body doing when I marinate in this memory of bigness?
And can you let this expand two feet,
Six feet around your body?
Can you rest in it?
And I want you to notice for yourself,
Am I okay right now in this feeling?
Is this bigness okay?
Am I okay in my chair?
Yeah,
Okay.
Okay,
Right here,
Right now,
In this.
Letting your brain clock that it's okay.
This is you.
We go slow,
We go steady,
We go a little bit at a time,
We go our own pace.
We offer compassion and grace and love and witness to ourselves.
And we just ever notice,
Bit by bit,
Who we really are.
And they take up the space.
They take up the space and the rest falls away,
Gently,
Easily,
Gradually.
Support us with this divine light,
Ground us into the earth where we stop,
Which isn't ours to carry,
And remind us of the truth so that we can be free.
And when you're ready and you're on time,
Just.
.
.
Take a couple breaths,
Stretch,
Wiggle,
And you can bring yourself back to the room.
And as you're coming back,
This message just came in.
When we have thoughts,
Our mind wants to make them black or white,
Like every time I mess it up,
Every time I'm bad.
And the word that came in as an antidote,
If your minds ever go in like.
.
.
Exaggerated spaces or this is the only way that it is.
Sometimes.
Sometimes I mess things up,
Sometimes I don't.
Sometimes.
There you go.
Thank you guys for joining me.
