Hello everyone,
Jamie Wozni here.
What is self-love as a practice?
Why would you want to use it?
So self-love is a tool in understanding a level of consciousness that can bring you back home,
That can help you heal your business,
Your body,
Your finances.
Science shows us this.
They hook us up to machines when we're in states of compassion,
Acceptance.
And it sends good feeling signals to the brain,
Changing our entire life.
So self-love is a practice.
Number one is a choice.
I choose to be more accepting,
Compassionate,
Loving to myself.
You can say it out loud with me right now if you want.
And then when you notice criticism,
Judgment,
Unworthiness,
The opposite of self-love,
You can bring your hands to your heart and your belly.
Notice it with a higher state of being,
With compassion.
So I bring sentences in my head or practice sentences in meditation or in my self-love courses on here,
Such as,
It's okay to feel how you feel.
All is welcome here.
That makes sense.
Of course you feel that way.
It's the greatest inner parent.
Inner cheerleader for all of you.
It doesn't mean you have to even think,
Oh,
This is amazing and I'm the best.
It's a kind inner embrace.
A practice of this that again shifts your chemistry,
Which shifts your life.
