Welcome to this short and sweet manifesting meditation.
Just allow yourself one quiet moment to settle in,
To become present,
To breathe,
And to soften,
Sinking into the space under you as you quickly enter the field of unlimited possibilities,
Bringing to mind something that would be fun to create,
But imagining it as if it's already here allows us to experience more of it in the world of form.
So I want you just to begin to envision right now,
Right here,
You having this experience that you want.
As we begin to imagine it in our mind's eye,
I want you to see the way it looks.
Notice colors and textures and breathe and soften.
Allow it to come to life.
If the mind doesn't know the difference,
If it's happening now,
And now I want you to notice when you're immersed in the images,
How this makes you feel.
When I have this as if it's now,
I feel what peace,
Joy,
Let that feeling be conjured in your body and let it expand.
See it,
Feel it.
The more you bathe in it,
The more your brain gets used to this and can allow you to find the action steps.
Good.
What thoughts are here?
Wow.
This is nice.
Oh,
What a life.
Just notice,
Let that expand and then notice the positive sensation evoked in the body when you spend time in this image,
Thought,
And feeling tingling,
Heat,
Positive pressure.
Just take this last moment here,
This quick amplification process of seeing it,
Feeling it.
What are the thoughts?
This is happening here and now,
Living in it,
This quantum possibility magnetizing it to you.
What are the positive sensations in the body?
Let it expand,
Breathe into this.
This is normal,
This is me,
This or something better.
And as you amplify this out,
I want you just to notice that when you have this,
How does it positively affect those around you?
See their faces,
What do they say to you?
How is this ripple effect of you having what you want positively affecting others?
Take a moment to breathe,
Soften,
And notice.
Sending our prayer of this desire out to source,
Help me make it so I am worthy and deserving this or something better,
And so it is.
Come back to this practice for each and every one of your desires as much as you like.
Slowly becoming aware of your body on the space under you,
